Weis is back at ND last year. Their season is over. They won't move on Weis.

Its always sad when someone loses his job and means of livelihood but as bad as mangini is as a coach i think tannenbaeum and woody johnson shoved favre down his throat 2 weeks before the season which didnt help and now he is a scapegoat as well.

woody johnson said it wasn't a decision made yesterday, 10 mins ago, etc, etc....said it's been an ongoing discussion with Tanny all season.

BTW, I said when Mangini took the Jets job he was doomed for failure and his best move would have been to wait and learn more from Belichick. Now he has burnt that bridge. Crennel is out of a job too so he has no hope there.

its hilarious .someone asked the the owner and GM why favre didnt take an MRI earlier if it was bothering him and why not play another QB.The answer was "Its upto the athlete and brett if they wanted an MRI or not"
