Tom Jackson said the Cowboys offense was as good or better than ours last year. You better just put 'em in the record books now, they are totally unstoppable... I mean sure the Redskins stifled them, but who cares, TJ knows best!

Yeah, I'm quite pleased the ridiculous Broncos/Cowboys comparisons to the 2007 Pats will stop after today.

The cowboys wont go anywhere with their defense. You can still pass on them.I think the giants will win that division.

I would trust the giants defense more then the cowboys defense.

Tom Jackson is a pus drizzling a##hole.........He has a tremendous and burning hatred for the Pats that I just can't fathom.....The cowboys got their a##es handed to them today,....by the Jim Zorn coached Redskins.......at their house.......Jackson is an embarrassment....but then again so is basically everyone at that piece of crap station.....be interesting what Cowherd has to say tomorrow.....he has been ballwashing the 'boys all year so far....."They're so BIG!......They make all the other teams look like regular guys......and they are so deep"....blah...blah.....blah.......Be interesting to see what kind of sugar he can pour on that pile of dogsh##......

Got love that Romo, aka mr sept .. Oh wait he lost in sept my bad:D

Can someone find these videos of TJ saying something before the games and the exact opposite happening?

The media loves to create legends in their own minds. Just watched da Bears sack another one...

They dislike us because they never predicted us.

haha what a joke. they looked slow today

I think Cower said it best on CBS yesterday: “That’s what TV does. They make us say some of these things.”

These guys are getting paid to take a certain stance to increase ratings, if they spoke their real opinion it would make for a boring show because they would all agree with one another. We would never start threads talking about them.

If we're lucky, Jerry Jones will fire the fat guy, and name himself head coach.

you mean put an end to the "Wade Phillips era"?

...the "Wade Phillips era"...

there's a DVD on the history of the Cowboys that's being advertised all over the place right now, and it describes the present as the "Wade Phillips era" and mentions Romo as a "Cowboys' legend". It's the most ridiculous damn thing I've ever seen.

Me and my bro always say that one of these days, Jerry Jones is going to throw on some pads and get on the feild. He's all over the place, starts in the box, ends up on the feild...Dude, needs to let this players play and his coaches coach. I'm sure he doesnt help down there.

Anyway, about the topic of the thread. I think for a few years now, at the begining of the season, we are going to see people trying to "find" a team that can compare to the 07 patriots. The ratings and the excitement they brought last year was an amazing thing to watch, and im sure they would love to recreate it. They will, (as well as fans) learn in time that what the 07 patriots did, really was in fact rare, and special, and we should all just be thankfull we got to see it in our life times.

Best part was he said that (Seymour) right after pronouncing Jay Cutler the best QB in the league...

I'm glad someone started a thread on this, because I never watch the talking heads anymore, but for some reason I saw that comparison. To the extent it's even possible to be surprised by these morons, that one got me. Seriously, words fail.

On the Cowboys, they are NOT going to do it with Wade Phillips. He is truly horrendous.....I go back and forth between thinking Jerry Jones is a smart guy (albeit a jerk) or an idiot.....then I think of Switzer, and Phillips, and stick with idiot. Romo should simmer down too until he wins a damn playoff game.

OMG the Doncos are terrible. Anyone who said they were a different team then last year is dreaming and probably a Doncos fan.
