Surprise Pats freebie arrived in the mail today

The Patriots sent season ticket holders special enamel metal pins; mine came today. Silver, shaped like a football with the team logo in the middle. "Season Ticket Holder" along the top in red, "2008" in red on the bottom. Also included were discount coupons for stores at Patriot Place, some as high as 20 percent off.

Not a big deal, but a nice, classy gesture by the Krafts, nonetheless.

Yup got mine last week and have it pinned to my cubicle.

I've got mine sitting here on my desk at work. It'll make a neat tie tack. Made in China like everything else, though. I guess that shouldn't be a surprise.

Perhaps it was part of the deal Kraft made with the Chinese as part of the aborted "China Bowl" game that thankfully never happened.
