I'm sticking with my team and I don't plan to go anywhere. Losing Tom Brady hurts sure, but there's still an entire season to play and I plan to watch as many games as I can. Those of you jumping ship now because of one injury, make me sick.

Yes, but the good thing about those who are jumping ship, is that we don't have to read their idiotic posts anymore :D

I'm still going to be there every Sunday and here everyday. Brady or no Brady. The Pats are still a 24/7 obsession.

A long time fan since my first game in 1979, I have seen a lot of turmoil, terrible seasons, bandwagon fans, true fans, 2-14 and 1-15 seasons.......still I am true to heart no matter what happens to the Patriots. I know there are a lot of other fans who have watched the Pats prior to 1979, all I can say is true fans stick around no matter what happens. I never post but read a lot of stuff on here because I just do not want to respond to trolls, bandwagon fans, or idiots. But posts like this...........true to heart!

I would never abandon this team. They are my biggest passion.
I've been dreaming all day of them beating that trailer trash QB next week.

GO PATS!!!

Yep... I'll see you guys the 21st! May the Cassel/Simms/etc. year be one for the ages!

PFnV

Hey! More leg room!

i'm looking forward to this season, i hope LoMo steps it up and cassel is not THAT bad, so count me in for true pats fan

The only ones (notice I did not use the word 'fans') leaving are those that jumped on the band wagon after 2001. I've been through far, far worse than a team that includes Moss, Welker, Maroney, Light, Seymour, Wilfork, Vrabel, Mayo, etc. - if this group is not worth watching then I'm glad those people will no longer be here. Maybe they can follow the Saints, they seem to be this year's trendy team.
Good point about recent fans..understand totally...48 years with the team and still strong...

Iam still here and am still wathcin every single game, still goin to the oct 5th game at SF. GO PATS

Im honest , Im deflated a bit.. Its been a rough offseason, then to have some new expectations to come, the one thing we cant have happen happens.. But will see week to week what we have in store.. Not going anwhere , true pat fan to the end.. Just a wee bit disheartened, like I think we all should be..

You took the words right out of my mouth man, right on....

Count me ALL IN! Time to step it up, fellas. I say 10 wins or bust. Gotta keep it somewhat realistic. ;)

Long live the legacy!!

I am here! And will stand by my team through whatever we face.

Even if I did feel like a little cry yesterday morning, when I found out that Tom was out for the season.

I'll always be a pats fan.
Going through highschool in the mid 90's in Maine, i was made fun of for being a pats fan. if teen angst and a 1-15 season wont sway me - nothing will.

On the NFLUK.com forum, I've changed my user name to "Matt Cassel will win us the Superbowl".

PMA is what you need. PMA:

There's plenty of negatively hovering around our region and for good reason. We've been spoiled rotten by 7 years of one of the greatest ever to play the game leading the team. The prospect of a full year without hunky Tom B leading the offensive attack is daunting, if not disheartening following last year's game that shall not be named.

Nevertheless, I'm disappointed by how quickly some fans have given up on this year (if you doubt that, look at how quickly the season ticket message board has filled up). This team established its greatness by spitting in the face of long odds, starting with the first game that Brady took the field. Now I do not have the utmost confidence in Cassell. I have my doubts that this team is more than a fringe playoff contender without Brady, but I will stand behind this team and its quarterback every moment as this season plays itself out, and I will be damn proud when this team makes the playoffs.

Anyone with me, make make yourself heard!

I am in...F all our critics and opponents...

i think we're still a favorite to make the playoffs. but even if we werent, i live closer to new england than new jersey.

keep going pats!

Pats fan in North Carolina checking in!! :p

Sure, I am sad that Tom Brady is out for the season and has to have surgery, but I am excited for the unknown as well! I feel like every game now is a challenge and when we win it will be that more exciting for me! I will cheer for Cassel, Moss and Welker every Sunday and pray that nothing happens to anyone else! :)

Go Pats!!
