The grand opening of Lucas Oil Stadium and the new Sunday Night Football season.

Game Center

Wouldn't it be nuts if Manning went out with a torn ACL in the 1st quarter?

nice phantom roughing the passer call.

someone needs to tell these refs that this isn't the playoffs.

how can they give the Colts every call, every year, and Manning only have 1 ring?

the stadium looks pretty nice.

on another note, I love Brian Urlacher. He knew that wasn't roughing the passer, and he let Manning know.

Holy ****, 50 yard touchdown run by Forte!

Go Bears!

Phantom roughing call - Check
Bogus Down By Contact Call - Check

Refs are in full season form!

(Kinda hard to 'discuss' when it takes minutes to get a screen)

that call was SOOOO BOGUS!!!!!!!

Heh. Chicago's actually, somehow, winning. :)

The Pats need to take on more of a Bears approach if Brady is to be out. We need more smash mouth on both sides of the ball. But, w/ 12 possibly out, we still have more talent on "O".

Hell yeah, nice saftey there!

Bears up 12-6.

Bears got themselves a QB

Yes. Maybe he should take lessons from Matt Cassel on how to avoid them.

Really amazing how we avoided the two near safeties on that drive.

And wow, another horrible PI call against the Bears. Pathetic.

It took Devin Hester to give the Colts life - dumbbutt.

As an aside, the referee for tonight's game is John Parry... yes, THAT John Parry, whose crew called about 376 penalties for 1082 yards on the Pats in the Colts game last year...

Tony "let me challenge every turnover" Dungy could have a long year like us

Is it just me, or are the 3 patches on the front of the uniforms just overkill? Peyton looks silly. It's not his fault, of course. But the captain patch, the Lucas Oil patch, and the Gene Upshaw patch is just too much.

How long until the league or individual teams start selling jersey space to advertisers?

Old man Harrison with the fumble, Bears return for the TD!

21-13 Bears!

God damn it a day where the Chargers lose with no time left on the clock and the Colts are down 8 against the Bears in the 3rd quarter of the opening of their brand new stadium should have me feeling good. So, so, so bittersweet...
