I am pleased with the progress of Thompkins and Dobson this season. Both were thrown in at the deep end at the start of the season with our decimated offense. They both appear to have learned a lot from the early season struggles and I can't help but be excited for their roles next season. But...

If he appears at all on the field today, it will be for blocking duties. I would be very surprised to see any passes going his way.

I agree, too often the role of a holder can be overlooked. Gostkowski's kicking has been excellent all season and I think Ryan's role has played its part. We need to extend the man and tie him up long term.

Since Bill is HC and he mentioned coaches, I think he covered it.

It looks like a very nasty injury indeed. His season looks like it's over and I hope the poor guy can make a healthy return next season. It's never nice to see any player go down with these kind of injuries.
