Sorry but your not going to put on 20lbs of lean muscle mass (staying at the same bodyfat%) in 7 months. Unless your a 130 pound newb to training with good genetics, a flawless diet/sleep routine and a proven training regiment, you can only expect 1-2 lbs per month of LMM.
