My predicition after listening to Brady he will be on the inj report as

Probable:D

Well I still think if he was not going to play he was not going be on the radio.. Zo thinks he is going to play , Felger takes what Brady says at face value.. I think there is something to this foot thing.. But a couple of things

1 He was allowed to travel to the west coast for personal things

2 he is allowed to be on the radio freely, even though he is required to.. You are inj you dont go on..

The Pats took caution with him, so he could be ready for Sun for our 5th preseason game , and then he will be ready for the jets in 2 weeks..

Again my predicition will be on the inj report Tom Brady- Probable Foot..

I heard the interview as well (weei.com) and think he'll be listed as questionable (50/50). I'm not sure he plays.

He will start and play until the game is safely in hand and he will come out, this will be a change from last year's juggernaut philosophy.

he's going to be listed as "probable sholder"

After reading what Reiss had to say this morning, I will assume he plays.

During the time media members were at practice, Brady jogged from sideline to sideline, took his customary front-row spot for stretching, and chatted with Bill Belichick. He later ran to one end zone, darted through an agility drill, then worked on dropping back to pass and delivering an accurate throw to a stationary target about 20 yards away. He appeared to be moving well.

Probably correct in most cases but his is a paid spot. I doubt there's an injury contingency in the contract.

Re: My predicition after listening to Brady he will be on the inj report as

They're all paid spots...

I don't doubt the foot remains a concern - it was injured to some extent but not enough to keep him off the practice field consistently - but I firmly believe he was kept out of the pre season because our OL was such a mess. Once the games count you go regardless of concerns like that. Hopefully with Light back once to kick his rust off and a full complement of starters playing every snap and an actual game plan against the deconstructed and rebuilding KC Chiefs he will be able to kick his own rust off and escape unscathed...

I think they are all paid last year when Seymour was out he was not on the Radio the same for Rodney...

Re: My predicition after listening to Brady he will be on the inj report as

OK thanks for the clarification then re paid spots. I would agree that Brady was held out of the preseason simply because of the crappy OL play.

Re: My predicition after listening to Brady he will be on the inj report as

I think they hold him out both for his foot and because of the crappy OL play.

When they get pummelled and Cassel stinks up the place, they put him in. Then he gets pummelled and they bag the season and go for a high draft pick. That's what I think. Rey Melaguela says hello.

So you think 5 years (has it really been that long?) of "Tom Brady - probable -shoulder" makes Tom Brady's status on this week's injury report a cinch? I do... :)

I agree with you - having just listened, he said "if the doctor lets me".

Later on he talked about timing and all........lots of work to do, getting up to speed is all encouraging, but, that initial hesitation early on in the interview along with later on mentioning the reason he was told to stay away from 2 of the pre-season games was so he could stay off his foot, is disconcerting.

Besides, why rush him back??

Questionable seems about right to me.

Is there any doubt THIS is the story of the week and early part of the season.
