congrats tell them I predicted Wheatley starting!!!!

I'll leave watching the hurricane and check in ... ;)

I'll definitely be watching. Chris is the man.

congrats Chris. I will tune in and I don't usually watch NECN

Make sure you mention us:cool3:

Taped it a little earlier tonight, and Bigglesworth, you'll be psyched. There was lots of Wheatley love (as well as plenty of shout outs to patsfans.com...)

Congrats!!

I presume you've been on TV before, and that everything I type after this is stuff you already know.

In the unlikely event you haven't been on TV before -- it's no big deal. I know lots of people who have been, and I don't recall anybody who found it a terribly difficult experience. Just say what you have to say -- clearly and concisely, but without obsessing about either half of that -- and you'll be fine.

Right, I expect one of you local lads/lassies will provide a transcript for we hapless souls living outside NE...please.

I am still hoping to hear what changed in the mind of BB and Co from Saturday to Sunday in terms of Chad Jackson.

anyone know what channel this is on directv?

just saw it. Really good stuff Chris.

Very good job, Chris. Now I'll be getting back to watching the hurricane coverage.

Thanks for the kind words--hope I did a good job representing patsfans. Mike is a good guy who makes it real easy. (BTW, for folks who may have missed it, there's usually a link off boston.com/sports to interviews from the show. If I come across it in the next day or so, I'll post a link off the blog.)

i don't see it. Can you post the link here?

thank you

Interesting info on the Chad Jackson trade that fell through. What were the Pats asking for?

Faulk, Lynch and either Flynn or Welbourn come back in week 2. Who is next on the block to go? I think LeVoir gets waived and they try and add him to PS. With 4 TE's, I think Spach is likely. I see a glut at WR and CJ Jones might be expendable.

Any chance Chris Simms is coming here? What about a Willie Anderson?

Good Stuff Chris keep it up.

Thanx for the link NEPatriot gonna check it out right now; Chris, been meaning to tall ya...love the quote:

"I am a Natural-born Sportswriter. I have a knack for it, a God-given talent. After I first learned that it was possible to sleep late and go to work at Two in the afternoon, and still get Paid for it, I never did anything else" --Hunter S. Thompson

p.s. Got anything by Hemingway and sportswriting (lol)?

Do you think he can sway me to switch?
Drop the w, replace it with an sus, and you're good to go.
You can keep the beard, but you may have to lose the hat though.:D
