Regardless of whether you think pre season is important or not our Pats have not shown too much since the first game against the Ravens. At the end of the game tonight what is it you would like to see the most?

For me I would like to see the defense make some stops and get off the field quickly. I am not sure what to expect from the offense with the O-line coming together and Brady and Welker out. But, if the defense can get the other team off of the field quickly a few times might see a difference in the offense.

I would also like to see Slater makes some big plays to jusitfy a position. It looked like he was close a few times on kick returns.

1. Continued improvement from the LBs, especially Woods and Crable on run contain
2. Enough output from the QBs so we can get a read on the #5 WR after #4 Washington
3. ST performance on KRs and PRs
4. I'll be watching the OTs and RG

I want to see Gutz and O play the entire game while Cassel watches from the sidelines.

NO INJURIES.

good, consistent defense.

consistently good play from the OL.

I would like to see Eli Manning go down in a heap on his first pass attempt and be out for the entire season. Not that the Giants are any kind of threat to the Patriots this year...I just want them to suffer.

NO INJURIES.

That pretty much everything I am looking for in tonight's game. If that is all I see, tonight's game was a resounding success. Everything else is unimportant. It is doubtful anyone other than at most 1-2 players will win or lose a job based on tonight's performance.

No injuries, offensive production, and a good game from Chad Jackson.

No injuries.

No long Giant's runbacks.

Guts gets the start...which he won't...NO INJURIES..the important factor and 1---if they play starters..some solid play...2---some backup surprises... BUT ABOVE ALL NO INJURIES!!!

Slater return a TD, Gutz having a good (no int) game, Crable getting a sack

players in particular: LaMont Jordan/Mike Flynn/Wilhite/John Lynch

A good football game, well executed both sides. Our previous games have been marred with poor quarterback play and lousy 3rd dwn defense, I want the O to stay on and the D to get off , that's about it. win or lose:)

Chad Jackson to build off of last week's game

I would like to see each one of the Giants walk by our sidelines with their SB Rings on and remind our guys of what happened in February.

I would like to hear a lot of smack talk from the Giants.

I would like to see a lot of 18-1 signs.

I could go on, but I think you get my message.

I would like to see a win. That would be a nice change.

If I was posted what I really wanted to see tonight I'd be called classless so I'll leave it up to the imagination.

Hint: The result would be the entire life of Giant stadium being sucked out with one hit.

After the game ends, I'd like to see the stadium implode and sink into the New Jersey swamp, thus voiding the Super Bowl celebration that will ensue next week when the Giants open up at home.

Nothing more, nothing less will do.

Well my dream of the defense of making a quick stop sure is not happening. So far it looks like another long sustained drive by the Giants

I would like to see Eli Manning go down in a heap on his first pass attempt and be out for the entire season.

You know, usually I don't wish injury on any player (with the possible exception of T.O.) but I've hated Sheli from Day 1. Why, you ask? That crap he and his family pulled on draft day. "My daddy and my big brother played in the NFL so I get to pick who drafts me! Bull****! Who do you think you are, you little twerp?!

I was looking forward to that Pats/Giants game last year way, way before anyone thought we'd be playing for a perfect season. I wanted to see Bruschi, Seymour, Harrison, etc., eat that punk for lunch.

The Pats losing to Peyton was bad enough, but at least with Peyton there was some solace because you were losing to one of the greatest QBs in modern league history. But to lose the Super Bowl, especially after everything else last year, to that little snot kid brother of his? To see that twerp hoisting the Lombardi after that game... well, I didn't see it except for when they sneak it into commercials.

I'm not saying he didn't deserve it, or got lucky, or it was a fluke or anything. I'm just saying he sucks and could stand to be taken down a peg or two.

Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

Fernando Bryant to make just one play, only one, that's all I'm asking
