Homer-phobes: Who are your OTHER favourite teams?

My GF is from MD so that makes me a closet 'skins fan, that works alright because I also have no problem hating on the cowboys, eagles and giants :D

Of course the Pats. Go Pats

Hockey... NHL NJ Devils; AHL Portland Pirates & Lowell Devils; ECHL Trenton Devils

Baseball: MLB Red Sox; AA Ball... Sea Dogs

Basketball..........Celtics

I don't have any other favorite team that I love to watch. However, I do like to watch any games involving our opponents or perceived foes for the year. I will always watch the Colts, San Diego and any other AFC East team (even when they are not doing so well in a given year) if they are on, even if it is to root for them to lose! I like to watch the Cowboys in the NFC, because I find them entertaining. If a game is on between two crappy NFC teams, I usually will skip that one. Otherwise, I find NFL football the most entertaining tv there is.

nothing better then watching two enemies go head to head in a brutal blood bath:D

So true! And usually the Pats will benefit if one team wins over another, so it is always a good game to watch, no matter what happens!

I will never forget my grandfather. He HATED catholics with a passion! When BC played Notre Dame he used to root for a TIE! One year they DID TIE!! You have never seen a crazy old man so happy!!

i'm going to have to go with no comment

Even though there's no finer sight than a running back in full flow, I really enjoy watching Quarterbacks doing their thing and the passing game in full flow, so I like passing teams. The Browns, Bengals, Philly, Seahawks, and I'm also growing a fondness for both the Titans and the Texans for some reason. I won't turn the Vikes off either.

Bears fan as well. My uncle is friends with Ditka, so it goes back to that

Homer-phobe probably isn't the best way to put it and homerphile may work better. (at least in my case) After the Pats I root for the AFCE. If the Pats tank I'll buy a seat on the AFCE leader's bandwagon. It's been this way since the early 70s.

Mostly the Lions, my Grandfather was a Lions fan.

But that varies.... After Katrina (and the warm welcome they got in there home game in the meadowlands) I rooted for the Saints that year.

Towards the end of last season I was rooting for the Dolphins to win one.

Bills. We go there every year and have a great time. Love Bills fans.

I'm a homer, but I still think McDaniels called too many passing plays in the SB.

There's no such thing as an other favorite team for me, at all.

As far as rooting for other teams though, I always pull for who's win would better benefit the Pats. If the game has no effect on us, I'll root for the better story.

Same as you, only I'll also add whoever's performance helps my fantasy football team more. :D

I can root for the browns but that is about it

Me too. I'm rooting for Romeo. I want him to do well, except for when his team plays my Pats, of course. :)

I also like Tampa Bay for some strange reason.
