This guy has won tix, and he is taken me to a special training camp event inside the stadium.. But I thought it was Monday he says its tue and its benifiting the Jimmy fund, Its in the clubhouse seats, and if anyone knows if it let me know by mon thanks.. its a work thing as we know..

Hmm? I read something online about an event, but it was linked to the Mon evening practice. Anyway, my friend got two hospitality tickets for Sundays practice. Comp'd from Comcast. A hospitality tag for a certain parking lot, & tickets for something to do at 1:00 pm. She thinks it's in the covered practice field. Neither one of us knows exactly what to expect. We don't have a clue? I'm bringing my NFL properties Patriots's football anyway. Maybe I can get a rookie to sign it
:D

It means that you'll be able to sit in the VIP section to take in practice. (It's the bleachers in in the endzone area on the hill, near the media tent.) If it rains and they move into the bubble, you'll get to go inside with the team to watch. Perhaps there's a luncheon at 1:00 or something. Practice starts at 2:30 on Sunday.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, & the info.
I've only been to a handfull of TC's. This will be my first since the Smithfield days. I'm "Pumped & Jacked" as a former Pat's head coach would say;)
My lady friend who received the passes, got an email from work since my posting.
Sun. 8/3
Prac.: 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
P.E.: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Arrival Time: 11:30 PM

I'm assuming the PE is the Patriots Experience. So I guess they'll be steering us over that way around 1.
The arrival time being 11:30 Maybe, that's a luncheon? Sounds like a good time, how ever it works out for us... I'd love to get a vet or rookie player to sign the ball I'm bringing too.
Thanks,

Your going to LOVE it....

The VIP section is usually pretty empty. You have unlimited supply of cold beverages steps away from you.

VIP section is in between media tent to your right (as you face practice fields) and Patriots family tent and really big VIP's to your left.

The luncheon is usually in the clubhouse, probably a terrific buffet and you may have an ex player or scout at your table.

Get there on time though as it does sound like lunch is first.

A long way from Smithfield (even though it was pretty cool there too in a different way).

As wonderfull as the TC experience is now I really preferred Smithfield. It was easy to be right on the sidelines. You could hear exactly what the Tuner or the even more sarcastic and hilarious fat Charlie Weis had to say to the Slades and Patrick Pass s of that era. If standing on the sidelines you had to be alert in case a play continued outa bounds.

Then afterwards pretty much the entire team would go have a few at Parente's a bar and restaurant just outside the campus. Easy to sit at the bar or stand around with whomever. Fond memories. That was where I thought Milloy was gonna kill me.

Then (I heard from others :)) the players would finish the day off at one of the wonderfull gentelmen's clubs in the Providence RI area. Those were the days.

VIP has an entirely different meaning in those clubs that we all "hear" about ;).

Did anyone ever follow the Patriots from old Foxboro Stadium to the practice fields they used to drive to a mile away on the old state hospital grounds??

I used to drive right into the parking lot there and it was easy to watch and even get an autograph or two. Bledsoe actually asked me as he was signing a new Patriot hat for me if any security at all said anything to me. I said are you kidding, no one stopped me or even looked at me, I could be a scout from another team. He just shook his head.
