And he hasn't posted there much. All of his other posts are about Baseball.
Again, I don't believe a word of that blog. IMHO, it should have been left where it was. Somebody needs to do some research and expose this fella.
I bet he thought that no one would find his post. He posted the friggin thing on a website for gamblers. Go to the main page of that website. It's all about gambling. You guys are lucky that I'm not a MOD. This thread would have been wiped out the minute that I saw the website that it came from.

I could care less where he went. I never liked him. He thought that he was funny and clever. He SUCKED, IMO. Again, that's just my opinion. I didn't believe everything that I heard from him when he was here and I don't now. Assuming of course, that this "blogger" is Tom Casele. Well if it is, he's found a way to get us to visit the site and give it some attention. This post sure will do that, whether it's true or not. I hope that he has a good LAWYER.

I believe that is Tom Casale.

He just left PFW as a Pats employee to join a gambling site, providing insight and commentary.

The opinions line up.

I am very surprised he dumped all that stuff "the day he walked out." Unnecessarily classless. Anyone can say "I didn't like all the people I worked with. Some were real jerks." Doing it the day you leave on an Internet site isn't very high-minded.

In reading some of "Tommy Rider's" other posts, he mentions in one that he grew up "a Cowboys fan", and his two of his favorite athletes of all time were Cowboys (Tony Dorsett and Emmitt Smith). Did Casale have such a connection to the Cowboys? Just curious.

By the way, in another of this guy's posts, he says he grew up in NY, but was a big Cowboys fan.

The guys who posts also says, when asked what his role was with the team: "I was a sportswriter who worked for the team. I traveled with them, stayed at the same hotel and stuff like that. We couldn't report much but we know a lot going on with the team. The thing about Bruschi is very few people like him. The only ones that do are the fans and that's because he does a great job of being a fake. But his teammates don't buy his act. I'll give the guy credit, he's smart. You have to respect that."

It is obviously Casale. He has always been unprofessional. I lost all respect for the guy with the Mrs. B incident. We know a lot of reporters read these boards, but none lack the professionalism other than Casale to trash a poster because she wrote better training camp reports than him.

Bruschi was probably an arse to him because he knew the type of scum he was. Same with Vrabel. Even on the radio, he always seemed to come off as smug.

Granted he is leaving journalism so he can write this stuff without risk of damaging his reputation, but his actions on this board and on that site are why he never got a job in a real publication (No offense to Andy Hart and the rest of the PFW staff) and is leaving the industry all together.

A classic case of a man biting hand the fed him so well for years.....happens all the time with jealous, bitter and small people.

Always good to see classy guys thank everyone for all the good times as they leave one phase of thier lives and embark on another. He is so stupid as he was in a perfect situation to use his years at PFW to provide an in depth view of how a pro football team conducts themselves on the road and at home with press and fan interaction. Instead he chose to dig as deep as he possibly could and come up with very weak examples of baseless rumors and slander with not one iota of fact.

Whther this was Tom Casale or not he was always viewed pretty much as a joke. Stay tuned later for "alisonlovesbrady" posts of denials and fury which will only prove he did it.

First class jerk all the way and we can all wish him nothing but the worst.

He probably deleted it because he knew there was absolutely no evidence to support it and opens him to a major lawsuit. And it doesn't take a super sleuth to figure out it is Casale. Sorry, but I don't buy this story. It seems Casale just wants to air out all his unsubstantiated rumors and beefs with Patriots players and Belichick on his way out the door.

It is totally unprofessional and low and I wouldn't expect anything less from Casale. I would love to find out what real reporters like Mike Reiss truly has to feel about a hack like Casale. And yes he is a hack, because a professional journalists don't do the slimy things Casale has done.

I saw this TOOL in the media tent at the afternoon practice sporting his "pregame" t-shirt yucking it up taking pictures. Even if its half true why would you burn bridges like this. I can't imagine this is going to be a long term gig like working for the globe or herald and what ever inside sources in the pats he has I am sure will dry up. This was childish and totaly unnecessary, and he is twice the tool for using pat patriot at the top of the story, you reep what you sow dude!!!
