No NFL penalties for Lynch
Today Posted By: Chris Brown | Time: 11:37 AM ET | Link

LYNCH WILL NOT FACE NFL PENALTIES: NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell appearing at Bills training camp this morning after having a meeting with Senator Schumer and Ralph Wilson stated that Lynch based on how the case played out did not violate the league's personal conduct policy and will not face any disciplinary action from the league.

More on this to come on Buffalobills.com.

What a joke, committing a hit and run is not against the personal conduct code? He should be suspended for the season.

Nick Kaczur-T- Patriots Jul. 18 - 10:00 am et

Patriots T Nick Kaczur had 202 Canadian-made Oxycontin pills stuffed in his pocket when he was arrested in April.

After his misdemeanor arrest, Kaczur cooperated with federal investigators. There is no state charge that enhances the penalty for bringing the pills across the border. Neither Kaczur nor the Patriots will comment while the case is still in the legal process, and it remains unclear if the league will discipline him

He probably will get a penality since Goodell has it in for the Patriots. And if anybody else committed a hit and run, they would be in jail.

Ya Goodell really has it in for the Pats ;)

Fines against the team and the coach was more than sufficient punishment, a draft pick was uncalled for. A number of fans of other teams, e.g. Giants, Steelers, told me the same thing, no way did that infraction deserve a loss of a draft pick.
