When the season begins, what will be the main story the the mediots circle around?

Brady following up on 50 TDs
Moss following up on his 23 TDs
Following up on 16-0
The Super Bowl loss
Spygate

Superbowl loss, no doubt.

I voted Super Bowl loss but hopefully, they don't really talk about us that much. I would say that I hope they don't talk about us at all, but that'ss not gonna happen.

First story of the season will go something like this.

"I think the super bowl losers hangover will prevent Brady from throwing 50 again and that will prevent Moss from catching 23 again and if those two can't repeat what they did last year than 16 and 0 is out of the question which means they are getting what they deserve after spygate." I am guessing someone like Mark Schlereth will say this.

Note: this is not my opinion but my opinion of what the media will say

I picked 16-0 because I think that will be the most talked about later on in the season if the pats do win. My guess is before the first game itll be all about the super bowl loss. After the pats win the game on opening day it'll be all about 16-0 until they loose (if they loose) a game. Pats Taping (spygate, ugh) will be mentioned every time the pats are talked about, but only as fuel to the media fire. "With Spygate behind them can they go 16-0 again and then finish the job this time blah blah blah...." As long as they don't loose real early, superbowl will be forgotten.

Super Bowl loss...and quite frankly, I don't think they'd be wrong in doing so. As painful as it is to admit, that was the greatest upset/loss in the history of the game, and it ended in dramatic fashion in the first last-minute drive that had to end in a touchdown in Super Bowl history against a team that just doesn't lose those games. There's reason for that game to be talked about, whether we like it or not.
