I don't want to be dragged into a whole thing here, but let's be grown-ups for a second: Tomase is guilty of iffy, shoddy journalism. He was not doing anything with malice, he was not fabricating anything, he was F'd over by a source AND he should've sourced the story better. For that he has been amply punished.

The idea that, from here on out, EVERY SINGLE THING the guys posts is automatically B.S., that he's spewing lies on his blog is such an hysterical overreach on YOUR part...absolutely ludicrous. Like some of the other guys here are saying, DON'T READ HIS BLOG and stop whining on this thread. Some of us are happy to hear as many perspectives on practice as possible. Why do you feel you have to ruin that for us?

You have a link to Patsfans.com. Has your browser got some limit on bookmarks? If not, you can bookmark to the Herald and read all the blogs you want. Tomase's actions may not have cost the Patriots a Super Bowl victory, but a home town reporter printing something false like that just before the big game with such shoddy 'research' should never again be allowed to work in that town. Most people understand that.

Tomase should have been fired and his supporters summarily executed for the crime of extreme stupidity.
