On this and every other Pats board Spygate is very hot topic.

I don't check every board, but some checking has confirmed it is also a hot topic of discussion with:

Colts
Dolphins
Steelers
Jets
Eagles
Chargers

However, almost no mention of it on the three Giants boards I checked.

I suppose that was the EXACT objective of the people who orchestrated this whole thing. Lets hope, the players are better at compartmentalizing this crap then we have been. Something tells me, they will be.

hmmm, I am struggling to identify a common theme here...

Who ever move this to visiting locker room, just read the headline and didn't read the post.

other fans won't talk about the game, since they cannot fathom the Patriots not dominating it.

Who cares what fans are talking about? I promise you this isn't affecting the Patriots players. And if it is, it's only firing them up more.

When I heard all that sygate crap, that's exactly what I thought, more motivation for the Pats. Completely unnecessary right before the big game.

Just because it piqued my interest, and not that I really give a rats ass what the OP thinks... or maybe I do... I JUST checked the Chargers messageboard and on the front page of the "General Discussions" page, nary a word about the Pats.

Dude, you REALLY need to seek out other things in your life to find fulfillment.

Thats because we Giants fans know it was BS than and remains BS now. If ANYTHING we where worried that it would give the Pats more reason to prove something to the world

there are some giants fans who bring it up, only because they are young and don't understand that video taping has become part of the game.

the other thing is that a lot of giants fans hold respect for belichick because he was the reason the giants won their first two super bowls. it was his defensive genius that shut down elway in 86' and bills' k-gun offense in 90'. parcells is nothing as a coach without BB.

That's a bold statement.

really?

Parcells' overall record as coach - 172-130-1.

Parcells without Belichick - 67-76-1 (.465). Playoff record of 1-4 (.200).

Do you think it's a coincidence that we went to the super bowl the first year Belichick came on board in 1996?

Yeah....and a little help from the Jags upsetting the Broncos.

the point is that we struggled as a franchise until BB came on board in 1996. Parcells groceries but it was BB who did the cooking (at least on defense).
