I'm not trying to be a homer, but I really think the Pats have the best looking jerseys in the NFL. Also, I really do not understand the fury over the Colts jersies. Everyone seems to love them but I think they're pretty plain and ugly. Now, with that in mind, let's make a thread shall we? Who do you think has the best looking jersies and who do you think has the ugliest? Mine:

BEST:

1. Pats - Obviously. Not sure if I like the home jerseys better or the white away jerseys. But the lettering, numbers, designs, colors, and of course the flying elvis make this my favorite jersey in the NFL.

2. Raiders - The silver and black makes for a pretty disgustingly mean looking jersey.

3. Steelers - See above.

4. Jaguars - The symbol and the black and green make a pretty good combination. The symbol caps it off though. It kind of helps that I live in Jax too.

5. Seahawks - Symbol to the metallic blue colors. Blows away their old jerseys by a huge margin.

6. Saints - Always liked the Saints jerseys. It just seems to represent the spirit of New Orleans to the fullest... minus the purple and white.

WORST:

1. Dolphins - God these are awful. Sometimes I like it when they wear the aqua jerseys but they don't ever. The white and white with the Dolphin as the symbol is the softest looking/worst jersey in all of football.

2. Packers - Puke green. Need I say more?

3. Colts - For reasons I explained before I posted this thread. Just really, really plain.

4. 49ers - Red and gold just doesn't do it for me.

5. Jets - Hideous. Actually, I think this is more puke green than the Packers'.

6. Titans - How are you supposed to go out there and smash someone's brains in when you're wearing baby blue?

My favorite jerseys would have to be:

1. Chargers powder blues
2. Patriots home jersey
3. Cardinals home jersey
4. Vikings home jersey
5. Bears home jersey
Honorable mention: Seahawks home jersey and Saints home

Ugliest:

1. Philly throwback
2. Jets throwback
3. Dolphins jersey
4. Jets home jersey
5. 49ers home/away jersey

I can't stand the all black gangsta look. (Jax/NO/Baltimore)

I dislike the mono color look. (Seahawks home uni's)

I dislike the garanimals uniforms- Atlanta. How many combinations do you need?

Jets are OK if the don't wear the STUPID green pants.

I really disliked the Vikings new uniforms until they wore the old one last year. God did the old ones look dated.

The Titans baby blue is truly sissy. Maybe that was done to goose female attire sales.

KC has good uniforms.

Really? I love the all black look.

I will throw a vote in for the Bengals as one of the worst.

Actually, I think the Bungles have one of the better looking jerseys in the NFL. Whether it's the orange that they played us in this year, or the black.

This is the worst list ive ever seen. Patriot jerseys are soooo plain and original. Colts are ok, kinda like the Cowboys though..Throughbacks dont count, they barely use them.

But heres my list:

BEST
1. Giants
2. Chargers
3. Broncos
4. Eagles
5. Buccaneers

Average
1. Colts
2. Patriots
3. Cowboys

Worst
1. Jets
2. Steelers
3. Browns
4. Packers
5. Seahawks

How can a list with my opinion be the worst list that you've ever seen? It's just my personal opinion. I guess it's the schooling in Indy- Sen. Arlen Specter should focus more of his attention there

TOPS:
The Browns (I don't think they should be a team, I think it's bull**** that Baltimore was stripped of the team's history and legacy when they moved, but that doesn't change the fact that the brown and orange is gorgeous).
The Chargers (Perfect modernization of a great older look).
The Rams (navy fad, but pull it off better than most... the shade of gold is gorgeous)
The Texans (would prefer another color other than navy, but a great primary and a nice look.. the red pants are the only downside about the set.)

WORST:
The Bills (the two-toned blue, the bib on the road jerseys, the tendency to go monochromatic...)
The Seahawks (way too much monochrome)
The Broncos (set sports design back a decade, started the navy fad in the NFL)
The Dolphins (as much as I hate them, their older look was nice... but adding navy and the drop shadows have done nothing for the package)
The 49ers (added black where it wasn't needed, muddled as hell, drop shadows never look good on football jerseys. The throwbacks are beautiful by comparison)
The Cowboys (I can't believe I forgot them the first time around. Mismatched silvers, mismatched blues, black on the home but nowhere on the roads... the logo is gorgeous and deserves better... if they made the uniforms... UNIFORM this would be one of the best).

Now, as for the Patriots, I think, design-wise, they fall in the middle. They jumped onto the Navy fad, but pull it off better than most. The uniforms are a bit on the overdesigned side, the red facemask when red's been completely marginalized in the rest of the set... the best uniforms they've ever had are the red throwbacks, or the first or second year with the Flying Elvis, when they used royal blue but before the horrible subliminated pinstripes and italic numbers.

I understand its a pats site but how can the Bills Throwback Uniforms not make it on anyones BEST list

I really don't have a personal favorite but these are some of the best/worst in no particular order:

Best:

Patriots home jerseys. However, I'm not a fan of the Pats away blue pants and striped socks.

Cowboys. I have always liked them. I especially like the one they wore in the 94-95 season when they had the stars on the shoulder pads. They remind me of the Pats uniforms with the flying elvis on their shoulder pads.

Packers - home/away
Broncos - home/away
Eagles - home/away
Rams - big improvement over those light blue and yellow jerseys and logo
Raiders - this might be the only team that will never change their uniforms, with good reason.
Cheifs - However, I don't like their red pants during away games.
Chargers - kind of odd at first but now they look pretty good.
Steelers - see Raiders.
Colts - Sometimes plain is good.

Worst:

Browns - way too plain. Is there a logo? Their helmets are just brown. Terrible!
Texans - from the logo to the uniforms, they suck.
Bills - Like their changes in the helmets but their away jerseys are awful looking
Dolphins - Their orange jerseys are the worst. Even their teal green looks lame because they hardly ever wear them.
Giants - Their blue home jerseys and helmets look fine but their pants need a better color. The grey looks way too dull. Their red home jerseys and their away jerseys are uglier than hell.
Jets - it was weird when they made the switch in '98 but I got used to them. However, those green pants have got to go. Whether they wear them at home or away, they look so ugly.
Falcons - Aside from their helmets their unifroms can be quite ugly. How many looks do you need with those uniforms? Their black on black looks horrible, Red on black looks horrible, the white on black looks horrible, and their red on white looks horrible. Is their anything else I missed?
Saints - They need a new logo and their uniforms are pretty ugly.
Titans - see Falcons.
Bengals - see Falcons.

I know a lot of you guys dont like the Bengals jerseys but I think they're one of the better looking ones. I totally agree with Miami having the Ugliest by far. My fav 5 are:

1. Patriots
2. Bengals
3. Jaguars
4. Ravens
5. Chargers (about the only thing I like about them)

Worst:

1. Dolphins
2. Titans

I don't see why people like the powderpuff blue Charger jerseys, but then crap on the Titans jerseys. They are the same color, they both look pus$y, and both teams suck (figurativley speaking).

Also, I personally love the Ravens purple jerseys. Those with the black pants look pretty bada$s, and look solid with the white pants, IMHO.

As far as the Pats, I love what they have now compared to the Carroll years. I still have an authentic Bledsoe, and that royal blue with stripes is just hideous. I thought the white jerseys in that era were ok, though. The red throwbacks are cool, but I have always wondered why the white ones from then never got any love. I like those.

Best:
1. Chargers baby blues
2. Packers home
3. Bengals home
4. Detroit home
5. Bears home

Worst:
1. Ravens any
2. Falcons any
3. Texans any
4. Jaguars any
5. Giants away

I like the Browns jersey quite a bit.

Red, white, blue Pats throwback is my favorite though. The Current flying Elvis is terrible looking IMO.

You know the off season has been too long when you have threads discussing the teams outfits and the motivation of the poultry for crossing roads.

If we're going with entire uniform sets,

Worst: Bengals and Broncos...To this day, it's the only 2 uniforms that i've had to call somebody in the room just to see how rediculous they look.

Best: I like the Bucs...no team has gone from "butt ugly" to "nice unis" like the Bucs. I really like the Pats look as well, but i'm trying to go with the unbiased view.
