We should sticky this to keep it at the top. When does the voting close?

Oh, and I just voted.

I was going to to do that and still might. I rather have it float for a while on the front page then sticky it if I get tired of bumping.

The voting goes until 6/15/08. You can vote once per day from each computer you use.

Voted, Craig is still in 3rd. How come these kids all look like their pictures were taken during the 70's and 80's?

Sweet, I have a desktop, a laptop, and a work computer. Three votes a day :)

what do you expect a 7th grader to do at ESPN.? If his main reason to go there is to learn how to be a good sport news anchor, I'll refuse to vote because i don't want to see a second Tomase in Boston. ESPN is not a good place where a kid can learn about journalism.

I dont think Tomase worked for ESPN. But different opinions are welcome

if you empty your IE temp files, history, and cookies, you will vote for him as many times as you want in 1 computer.

I did it twice for today. If we keep up our good work, the kid will go to ESPN.

I didn't know there is a difference between Tomase and ESPN.

I just voted.! Our boy is currently in 3rd place.

 they change the totals every day at 12:01 AM, so maybe tomorrrow morning he'll be in a better position.

I expected a rise in the standings for Craig this morning. So it does look like we need some more VOTERS to get this where it should be.

Re: Help out a young Patriots fan go the ESPY's.

I need more info as my hatred for all things Espn means I refuse to click on their links....

Fespn..

Look at it this way--Think about how much its will bug ESPN to have to give their first Youth Achievement Award to a New England fotball player!!! Let that be your motivation!!!! I'm Craig's Mom, and he really is a god kid. If you can find it in your heart to get past the "ESPN" thing, please take a look at his video and cast some votes his way. Do you like Frosted Flakes? They're sponsoring the award, too............

Re: Help out a young Patriots fan go the ESPY's.

The person who is leading is fish fan!!!! Do it to squish the fish!!!

(at least I think he is, he is from Fort Lauderdale)

The new leader is from Chicago. I don't know how she's doing it, but she managed to jump 9 percentage points over the last 2 days!! I'm Craig's Mom. There had been some technical difficulties preventing me from responding to any posts until now. Please vote daily now until June 15th if you can, and spread the word to anyone who'll listen. That's what I've been doing and I feel fortunate to have found so many good listeners here!! Thanks for any help you can give him.

Time for revenge for the '85 SB.

Careful--one of those kids you're talking about is my son!! It was pouring rain the day they filmed his video, and the picture look like a stillshot from the video. Not his best photo, perhaps, but please don't hold that against him. I can't speak for the other kids. Please continue voting, and thanks so much!

yes, sending a Pats fan is the best way to get even!!- I am voting every day now!!

As for Frosted Flakes - yummmmm

He wouldn't be going to ESPN to learn about Journalism, although I do think he'd make a great sports announcer someday, if that's what he decided he wanted to do. He announces some of the home games for Franklin Pop Warner and does a pretty good job. I'll make the same suggestion to you that I made to one of the other ESPN haters---Think about how much it would bug them to have to give their first Youth Achievement Award to a New England football player!!!!! If that doesn't motivate you to vote, I don't know what else will............

I can post stuff now! Thanks for your help in resolving that. I had hoped for a rise in the standings, too. I have a pit in my stomach every morning when i check the standings. Maybe I'm taking this too seriously.......

Here's today's update:

Craig's still hanging on in 3rd place, at 20% this morning, but the gap is widening b/w him and the 1st place contestant. I don't know how, but she's managed to surge 9 points in 2 days!!. If she can do it, maybe we can, too????

I know it's the weekend, and we're all busy with kids' sports and other activities, H.S. Graduations, cookouts, etc. PLEASE try to take a minute out of your busy schedule to continue VOTING ONCE PER DAY FROM EVERY COMPUTER.

Go to www.espn.com/earnyourstripes or https://r.espn.go.com/espn/specialsection/kelloggs/ to cast your vote for Craig. Thanks again to everyone, and have a great weekend!!

I voted for Craig this morning again. Is there a way for him to ask my favorite beautiful ESPN female sport report for an autograph if he goes to ESPN.?

thanks
