GO AFTER SPECTOR! Dont you think getting behind Spector's real interests in Spygate (cough...COMCAST..cough) and properly and thoroughly exposing him would make you forgive his actions??

If he comes out and says he got it 1st hand from Walsh I would be able to bare him keeping his job if he went after Specter and the JETS. If he doesn’t come out and do this then as far as I am concerned this is war and I will write an email to every advertiser in the Herald.

That doesn't cut it in my opinion. He shouldn't have run with that story without demanding to see the tape if Walsh, indeed, told Tomase he had it. Way too much at stake.

Damn... you're right. Right now, I'm pretty convinced that I will be boycotting Tomase for as long as he's around, no matter what he says in the coming days. If he actually managed to bring Specter's corruptness to national attention, however, then that might actually be the kind of major step that could really repair his image here. I'm sure he won't do it, but that would work if he did.
