I know some of you are getting your panties in an uproar over what the morons at ESPN are saying when in reality this should be the happiest day in Patriots Nation since way back when the Pats beat SD in January to win the AFCCG!

Just stop with the trashy talk about the azzwipes on ESPN and gather around me with a shot of Jack Daniels in one hand and a thumbs up in the air with the other hand and REJOICE!!!!

VINDICATION DAY HAS ARRIVED FOR THE PATRIOTS! - YEEEHAAWWWW!!!!

Reche Caldwell sealed that win for the Patriots. Never forget that.

I think he means this year, not the year before :D

I'm not sure I'd call myself happy. Relieved and also frustrated that our own reporters made our team be dragged through the mud. Not really happy.

Mixed feelings. On one hand I'm glad that no further punishment will be given to Belichick or the Pats. The tapes themselves, along with Walsh's story, prove that no tapes were used during games. The commissioner has backed up Belichick's claim that no significant advantage can be had from postgame use of the tapes.

The one thing that disappoints me is that Belichick (or whoever was giving immediate direction to Walsh) was very aware that this was either against the rules or pushing the envelope to a great degree. While I always have interpreted that videotaping was a rule infraction, I accepted that he was trying to exploit a grey area in the rulebook and it backfired on him. Now I'm disappointed that Belichick would take a risk like this. Maybe every team did it and tried to conceal it all the same, but it still is a risk.

SpyGate is behind me now, Belichick is our coach in '08 and I think that gives us a heck of a chance :)

Mixed is the best way to describe the emotions.. I mean we always knew they was no video tape, but you know Espn will never give it up...

I'm STILL PISSED!! From the crap I had the misfortune of hearing from these mediots yesterday to the confirmation that THE BOSTON IS NO MORE THAN A FILTHY TABLOID RAG...nothing has happened to make me feel better.
I want Tomasse FIRED!! I want the Herald sued. For some reason
that lame appology that they released only made me MORE ANGRY!!

I'm feeling much better - I swear I have more "spring" in my step today. Plus, I have plenty of new ammo to counter my Indy Colt buddies :) :)
