Was Harvey always in the 1A group?

Groves is rated a late 2nd round pick and Cason is rated a mid 3rd rounder. "Gotta say I told ya so!" :) That's good news for the Pats if other teams have their boards stacked this way. The Pats could end up with 3 primo prospects that fit their system... BPA at #7 + Groves + Cason and call it a day? :)

If it happens, I might wet myself with joy!

I can't believe how Henne and Brohm are rated.

It's like these guys only care about the combine and none of the game play.

This is why players like Favre and Brady were picked much lower than they should have been.

I'll eat my Patriots hat if Brohm isn't a better pro than Henne.

I don't think either of them will be any good and it's all much ado about nothing...

The value board below is based on considerable feedback from NFL teams and projects the league value of players, pinpointing a specific area where players likely will be drafted. It is important to note that these values do not reflect where PFW thinks the players should be drafted or what type of pros they will become; that is better reflected in PFW's grades.

He bases his slots on talks with NFL personnel. I know that he does considerable film study. So it's not just based on the combine.

These ranking should be taken like all other information on prospects- just information. But it's not based soley on combine workouts.

Fascinating! In GBN's version, board crush-objects Groves and Cason are at #29 & #34 (more likely, IMO).

I agree with that on both. I could never see Groves being rated so high. That's why he'll end up being a Pro-Bowl player.:D

Joe Flacco is a guaranteed NFL star and the steal of the draft. Time and again at Delaware and at the Senior Bowl he demonstrated the ability to quickly diagnose and break down NFL-style coverages.

Sure, he might not be the tallest, fastest, or strongest QB in the draft, but his football acumen and fire-hardened mettle are the assets that are causing him to rise so quickly up draft boards league-wide.
