Can't think at stuff like this in a biased way.. This is legal material and not just sports. That's why I said you can't tell now a days.. Bottom line is this: Walsh has what he has (if he has anything) because he stole it. Ain't no court in the land or any Senator gonna get him out of that problem - UNLESS Kraft says he will NOT prosecute...........and monkeys will sooner fly out of Mangini's arse than Kraft giving that Joker that kind of immunity.

I don't think the Colts fan is doing anything wrong. He's just reserving judgement for when all the facts come out. There's nothing wrong with that. At least he's not being the typical Colts troll who throws accusations at the team with none of the facts available. I'd take him over them.

It doesn't work. I tried with Browns boards as I grew up there. Especially with Colts and Patriots there's way too many frayed nerves to try to be pals - especially with an avatar like you're using.

Fact 1: Walsh made claims months ago regarding the Patriots 2002 SB taping the Rams' walk through

Fact 2: Kraft et. al. have publicly stated that he has no confifdentiality agreement with the Patriots

Fact 3: Walsh has not substantiated ANY of his SB claims despite the absense of a confidentiality agreement with the Patriots which could have been a legal problem for him

A rational person would draw the likely conclusion that given the time and circumstances Walsh does not have what he claims to have. I left out all the newspaper articles about Walsh's scurrilous behaviour as a Patriots employee and afterwards since they, unlike the above, cannot be indisputably certified as 100% factual.

So, no more WHAT IFS from alleged "football" fans. Facts only.
