Good job, buggy!

RAMS ADD CALDWELL
Posted by Michael David Smith on March 25, 2008, 11:39 a.m.
Adam Schefter of NFL Network is reporting that the St. Louis Rams have reached an agreement with free agent wide receiver Reche Caldwell.

Caldwell spent the 2007 season in Washington, and the Redskins were reportedly awaiting a decision from Caldwell, whom they offered a contract, as recently as yesterday. No details of the deal have been reported, but Caldwell apparently liked the offer he got from the Rams better than the offer he got from the Redskins.

Caldwell didn’t do much in Washington last season, playing in eight games and catching 15 passes for 141 yards. His best season came in 2006 with the New England Patriots, when he caught 61 passes for 760 yards. Prior to 2006 Caldwell spent four seasons with the San Diego Chargers.

In St. Louis, Caldwell is likely to compete for the third receiver position behind starters Torry Holt and Drew Bennett.

Good job, buggy!
Good for him. He is at best a #3 who was unfortunately for him miscast in the role of a #1 on the '06 Pats team. He should have success if Bulger is healthy, catching passes indoors.

Why was it unfortunate for him....I would say he was actually fortunate in getting to be the #1 for us in 06. He did a good job too. I hope the best for him in St. Louis.

I'm assuming he meant unfortunate for New England. ;)

(But great for the Colts ...)

Good luck Reche - he'll be here again next season as the Rams come for a visit. Maybe this time he will be activated. IIRC, he wasn't when the Redskins were here this past year

good for him

best of luck

I will keep an eye on him for fantasy this year

Looks like they are resurrecting the fastest show on turf. He's like a young Issac Bruce or a Tory Holt type

Good for him. I don't have the hate for him that most people do...but I still roll my eyes when I think of him dropping that pass. Anyways, good luck Reche.

This calls for a Reche face.

O_O

Best of luck to him. He did his best here.

Goooo Reche! Good luck buddy, you made the 2006 season a tad better.

The amount of crap this guy gets is so sad. Was it his fault that the patriots made him their No 1 WR when clearly he was not.He got paid less then wes welker, stallworth, moss [even in his 1 yr deal or the new deal] and kelly washington last year or this year. you get what you pay for yet the blame this guys gets is sad as patriots.
