He was in the studio this morning. I caught most of it. He was on for a couple of hours. Lots of listening to do, but pretty good all in all.

At one point he mentions that he's done alot of travelling and people come up to him in airports and say "Sorry about your loss." He said it's like a funeral.

Also had a few toolbags call busting his balls. One guy asked how it felt playing in a Super Bowl where you couldn't cheat.

Did he answer why he reverted to a turnstile in the most important game of the year?

That question would have been more appropriate for either kaczur or Kyle Brady. Matt Light obviously didn't live up to his billing in that game, but the entire O-line got worked.

I'd also be more interested in asking why McDaniels continually called slowly developing plays (like the number of bombs they tossed in Moss's direction), when the O-line obviously wasn't getting enough protection for those plays to develop properly, but that's for another thread, and I've already moved on to focusing on the 2008 season...

He was partly to blame for the loss... so, he deserved every bit of the tongue lashing.

One of these statements is true but not both

(A) Matt Light is one of the top two left tackles in the AFC the last two years, albeit the earlier one was b/c of an injury in front of him on the roster

(B) The pro bowl selection process and the way people evaluate o-line talent and the system they play in is utterly pathetic.

Except that Light was ALSO named an ALL-PRO. Which is a bigger honor than the Pro-Bowl.

No one calls Matt Light, "Matty"...whatsup with that?

AAF was stupid to let people call in to ask Light questions. Not everyone in New England is a Pats fan. Hopefully they apologized to Matt for setting him up like that.

Pro Bowls don't matter to Patriot players.

Did someone ask why they reported Seward as signed as per 5 days ago?

Great question....I would love to hear his answer to that one.........He, Kaczur, and Mankins (and I guess from earlier comments K. Brady) got prison raped out there in the SB......These guys should not be shocked by all kinds of verbal abuse......Since "Matty" was seen chuckling about Logan Mankins' beard getting shaved off 1-2 days after the devestating loss......it obviously didn't bother him much.......bothered a ton of fans though...."sounded like a funeral" says "Matty".......well the loss MEANT alot and HURT ALOT to many, many fans.......nothing more than a gnat on his a## obviously.........After playing competitive sports for years and years......I can't identify with guys like Light.....probably never lost sleep.......

The guys on AAF call him that. I typed it in accidentally.

He is on there all the time, and I think he handled it fine. One of these days I'll listen to the whole thing, but right now I have a baseball draft to get ready for.
