In their primes... Who would you take and why? This oviously d.q's Munoz and Hannah.

(And "Yes", this is the spin off of the Best NT thread. :D)

Jonathan Ogden.

I agree. I actually think that Ogden gives both Munoz and Hannah a run for their $$ as the best all time.

Although, Walter Jones would get some consideration from me as well. he has been just as dominant as anyone IMO.

Orlando Pace

Bruce Armstrong in his prime to protect Brady's backside followed by Boselli.

Who is the best of all time?

Seeing how this is from the last 15 years only, I go with Odgen. It's a no brainer for me. He will go down as one of the best of all time.

How about Larry Allen of the 90s Cowboys? He made Emmitt look alot better than he actually was. ;) I don't know if he was as good against a fast pass defense, but he was like a bouncer making room for a celebrity to walk the red carpet when he blocked for Emmitt.

Boselli his first 5-6 years was an animal. I'll go with him. Nothing wrong with any of the guys previously mentioned though; W.Jones,O.Pace and J.Ogden.

Re: If you could choose any Olineman of the last 15yrs to play for the Pats

Larry Allen was a beast in his prime as a left guard.

Walter Jones.

Steve Hutchinson in his prime.

Boselli was injured alot, but when he was in his prime, he was one of the better ones.

I like Jon Jansen, but he gets injured alot.

Matt Light in this years superbowl was awesome...

Allen is most likely the strongest player ever. Great run blocker.

Re: If you could choose any Olineman of the last 15yrs to play for the Pats

I'd have to go with Jonathan Ogden, then we would not have to worry about Brady's blind side

Re: If you could choose any Olineman of the last 15yrs to play for the Pats

Orlando Pace or Larry Allen.

Ogden works too, a guy 6'9" with quick feet, damn.

Re: If you could choose any Olineman of the last 15yrs to play for the Pats

It has to be Ogden. Followed closely by Walter Jones. Orlando Pace has had more injury issues or he'd be right there, but who has been better for longer than Ogden. I'd say no one.

C Kent Hull

No bias...
