It's easy, and only takes a few moments.31 years old, he can fit in our defense, he has experience with it and he would be willing to play for a reasonable salary. He said on Sirius radio he'd be able to play well in a 34.
I'm sorry if there are tons of threads on this, but I WANT HIM. Please?
he might be a good addition...BUT..a what price?? THAT is the big question..
admittedly i do not follow him, but is there any reason why his stats have slowly declined the past 3 years? was he injured at all?

If I remember correctly, he does have a history of having injuries for those 3 yrs
Former Broncos MLB Al Wilson's agent claims he is ready for full contact and has no major risk of injury playing football. He was cut prior to last season, and spent the whole time rehabbing.
Could Al Wilson be a possibility if we don't fill the spot elsewhere? He is 29, and had 108 tackles in '06.
Wilson was a tackling machine in Denver. But how big is he and how would he fit into a 3-4 scheme?
Spikes seems like one of those players who would struggle to learn this defense.
