i wouldnt be surprised at all if someone checks things out just to see what the fans think, but i seriously doubt they spend too much time checking. afterall, half the threads so far this year have been about the sky falling

The print media has referred to this board. Sports talk radio has also. Why wouldn't the Pats FO have their staff tune in to the home of the Pats largest fanbase? Doesn't mean word will get back to Belichick to trade down from #7, but they'll certainly know how we feel about specific scribes and that Spy thingy.

No, I don't think anyone even reads it to be perfectly honest.

I happen to know several people at the pro and college level who are coaches and I can tell you with certainty, those people don't. In fact, I can tell you for a fact that their eyes glaze over when they go out in public and some civilian tries to give them advice (including family members)

Nothing you or I say has any bearing on what they do.
