For me, this is a big, big year for three what should be prominent weapons on our O line for many years to come.

Namely Dave Thomas,and Chad Jackson.

Thomas has the hands. . Jackson from College days has the play making ability to be the foil man at WR2 for Welker to maintain his slot reciever role at WR3 even though we're throwing to him as he were a no1 WR.

These three are more important to me than many people seem to give credit for. Thomas needs to play as Big Ben gets injured at least once a season. Jackson needs to step up and give it to Gaffney who I think is a good but limited WR.

I'm sorry, but was Garrett Mills in your post before you edited it?

mills is gone. ye, there is a lot of promise but i need to see thomas and jackson stay healthy

If by makes or breaks you mean that if Chad Jackson has a lousy year then they would agressively pursue another option next offseason, then yes I agree.

But I think Chad Jackson will do just fine.

If Jackson is to do fine, he needs to elevate himself from no.5 as of press and make inroads pretty darn quick. Walker and Gaffneys better play is in the slots. Chad needs to get to WR2 opposite Moss.

He's that good from what I saw in college last year. I hope to god he can make it, I really do.
