I don't know if there's any room on the roster for a smallish RB, but in the tradition of bringing in quality veterans hungry for a ring, is there a role for Dunn here?

-- Maroney is feature back
-- Morris is feature back-up
-- Faulk is 3rd down back

Eckel and Evans are FBs...

That's 5 RBs already. So I guess I answered my own question. Maybe an insurance policy for Faulk?

He wants to go to Dallas, Dallas needs at least one running back...don't think we have a shot.

Plus, I wouldn't assume we carry 5 RBs. We only had 4 on the 53 last year. Eckel came up only when Morris went down.

Can he cook? I here there's an opening at the McDonalds stand in the end zone.

We probably don't have space for him, and apparently he doesn't want to come here, but he is an easy guy to root for. He gets more production per pound of anyone in the league; he's a fierce hitter in a little body. I've a lot of respect for him as a player.

I don't see him coming to New England. Morris was pretty effective before he got injured. The only way that is a possibility is if Morris's injury is a serious, but even with that possibility I think it is a long shot.

perfect post. Could not agree with you more.

Plus his impact in the community is huge as well.

I've been a huge Warrick Dunn fan since his FSU days. He may be my fave non-Patriot player in the NFL, that said, I just don't see room for him on the team unfortunately.

Loved watching that guy play in his earlier years ... it was hard not to root for the guy and it was always funny to see LB'ers get sent on their butt by him.
