Does anyone really believe he wil be back with us again?
Most thought it was a down deal since we didn't franchise him. I really believe he won't be back. Time to move on.
Go Pats

It really doesn't matter either way... this is the safest mindset.

Don't do it. As soon as it was set up, there'd be breaking news (general consensus, it seems to me, bad news). Superstitious, I guess.

i think he'll be back.

once there are more legit sources saying he's gone, then i'll accept it. we'll move on.

but dont abandon ship before plugging the leaks.

the moment the game ended I said goodbye to him, well, at least after the press conference. thanks for the season.

If we had a deal in place he would have signed this week-end.
It sure was a fun year. Like a woman, we had a fling with and its time to move on.
Be a interesting next few months till draft day.

<< If we had a deal in place he would have signed this week-end. >>

Who says he didn't sign?

What rush do the Pats have to announce that they have signed the best WR in football?

Why give that information to the rest of the league at a critical FA signing time?

The Pats are in no rush to release this information.

Backup WR's and CB's are going for $4M+ per year, what exactly can we do with the extra $10M or so we get from letting a top 2 All time WR just walk away. We aren't gonna let him go.

The story we have been told is that FA's come to NE for less than the top $ so that they can win a ring. I'd say the chances of winning a ring are far greater with 81 on the team. If they have a deal already in place, it would benefit them to announce it so they might tempt a good free agent to come for a discount.

Just a quick question: is there a need for 20 Randy Moss threads?

If he's gone, he's gone... big deal.

Perhaps the offense can find a better sense of balance without his influence.

I'm fine with whatever happens.
