so apparently you can see all the things that happen between now and the beginning of the season! Stop wasting your time here and go play the lottery since you can see the future! The team IS NOT final yet you idiot.

Yes, sure i've been ripping shots of vodka for a couple hours - but instead of calling me an idiot, how about reasoning with me. The linebackers are an issue, the corners are an issue, and WR: umm Kelly Washington is a starter, and don't tell me Javon Walker is a good option.....RM is as good as gone

There is no reasoning with a total jackass like yourself. Particularly a drunk jackass.

Reasoning with you? That would require you to be reasonable, which you pretty obvoiusly aren't. Last year was the exception; not the rule. I'm pretty pissed that they didn't franchise Moss, but what did you expect with Samuel? The reason why teams like the Eagles have crap for depth is because they pay guys like Asante $10M. The Pats have won Super Bowls with this strategy, yet at the start of every free agent period people freak out anyways. I don't get it.

There should be a rating lower than one star for such an abortion of a thread.

The problem is that it is difficult to reason with a moron. Does this team have issues and shortcomings..? Absolutely. And so do 31 other teams in then NFL. But anyone that suggests they are 10 games worse - even if they lost Moss - is either clueless or trolling. So which are you..?

The current state of the Patriots is a complete joke besides D-line, QB, and RB.

It's not called trolling, it's called realism. You can't address the problems we have right now with the remaining FA class and the draft. The draft may be a long-term resolution, but certainly not a 2008 fix.

NO WAY!!!! 6-10 is unreasonable. So far all they have lost is Dante Stallworth, Asante, and Colvin. If you remember the 06 season, when the Pats offense was nowhere as good and still made it to the AFC championship game. Don't forget that we still have the draft, with the #7 overall pick. That being said I hope they sign Moss. The defense is still good they need help at CB and LB, but they can fill some holes through the draft.

You aren't being realistic there, moron. That's the problem.

Yes, the Patriots CAN address their problems with the draft and free agency. You just are too stupid to understand that. They have no more holes this year than they did last year. And they addressed their holes without any problems. In fact, if you opened your eyes, you'd see that there are numerous thread of people complaining that the Pats signed too many free agents last year and ended up having to cut all but 2 of the players they drafted.

Maybe your one ended up on the wrong end of the hyphen, it happens.

your a moron for starting this thread . one day into free agency no less. your a joke .

This thread is a complete joke.

Ha, you took the words right out of my mouth. This thread is absolutely pathetic.

For the OP:

The Patriots have $24M in cap space, and there are still good FA's available on the market, including Moss who hasn't signed with anyone, yet. Also, they've got 8 draft picks including the 7th overall pick. Any of those players (especially if they use the 7th overall pick) could develop into multi-year all-pros. This is also a very strong draft class at CB, and has some very good OLB prospects at the top. There is also some depth at OT, and some of the ILB's at the top could make good 3-4 ILB's.

Get a grip.

I'm going to hold my breath until we sign another free agent...

:help:

:scared:

clunk!

these are the same people who will say if we get moss we can be the best team ever, but right now they have a losing recrod. They go from one extream to the next at the blink of an eye. some fans just are that way. others post this crap just to get a long thread going

OK....fine....you guys think this team will be fine...Yes they have the greatest QB in the league, but not taking advantage of that by adding weapons is just mismanagement. Its like buying a Porche Cayenne and not going past 65 mph....The truth is is that for this year, besides Moss, there are no impactful WR's in the market. I don't care who you are, you can't argue otherwise. And relying on rookies to fix this NEXT year is just plain idiotic.

Congratulations on getting this many posts out of an obvious troll thread.;)
