Colon?

On his performance in the Caribbean Series and how much he's thrown since: "I felt very good during the Caribbean World Series, especially in the game versus Venezuela, I felt I pitched well. Since then I haven't been throwing much, just exercising, running, working out."
boston.com

Best quote ever. Aside from the obvious hilarity over the idea that hes spent much of this month exercising, the fact that he considers failing to get out of the fifth inning pitching well doesn't give me a lot of confidence that he'll do anything of value.

Still, no reason not to like a one year minor league deal on small money. Too bad they couldn't do the same on Garcia this morning.

Under or Over 300 pounds?

Signs minor league deal with Boston?

Anyone confirm?

Woke up the other day and half asleep I hear that on the radio.

I'm like wtf ... Colon? That's unreal if we can get him healthy.
Imagine having a healthy colon as your #3 or #4???

Word is we are also close to signing Jenny Craig as Quality Control Manager.

He can't get his fastball above 88 mph.. This from a guy who only knows how to blow hitters away.. There is no chance of this guy making a difference..

Just give him a few twinkies before the game and he will turn into SuperColon.
