He is on Felger's show right now and he says the Pats aren't going to be players in free agency because even after cutting Colvin the Pats are only about $12-13 million under the cap with needing to resign Moss. Huh? Even with Colvin on the roster, the Pats were $16-17 under the cap. You'd think he would at least check Miguel's site before going on the air.

If he did, he would realize he was off by about $7-9 million. That is an ability to resign Moss and add a solid starter (not a marquee guy though).

Any chance he meant after signing Moss ?

Anyway, you're right. I wonder what it's like to talk and write to people who you know hate you.

All of the fat is clogging his brain.

I think he is pissed at Patriot fans and likes messing with us now.

No he specifically said said that is before they resign Moss. Even so, how would he know how much of a first year cap hit Moss would be.

He also seems to be laying the ground work for a defense against a lawsuit claiming that he thinks the league will do everything to make sure Walsh never speaks and that Walsh doesn't want to speak. I am guessing the defense will be that if Walsh ever speaks and doesn't coorborate the Rams' walkthrough story that the Herald's defense will be that it was a deliberate effort by the league and Walsh to squash this information.

he didn't check his source before writing spygate 2 article. He still didn't check the number before speaking on radio.?

he should be FIRED.

That's funny . . . I could have sworn the NFL and the Patriots are doing the exact opposite (last I checked, I don't see how the Patriots claiming they don't have a confidentiality agreement with Walsh makes it less likely for him to come forward ).

Walsh clearly WANTS to speak IF he knows he won't be prosecuted or sued. If he genuinely didn't want to talk he would have said he had nothing, saw nothing, knew nothing right from the start and got on with his life. He wants it both ways, he wants no harm to come to him but to get a big payday out of it.

tomASSe, if you troll around here - we all hate you. Go away.

I never heard that Tomase was an idiot.

Yes Tomase is indeed a Moron and he' s exposing his stupidity on Felger's "Moron Central" Radio Station. It's a perfect fit.

If the Pats re-sign Moss and some of their own free agents (Paxton,
Gaffney, Washington, Gay, Bruschi, Seau, Wright), I wouldn't expect
them to sign many free agents from other teams.
