"Let's sue Rams, too"

If the tape does exist, the Rams are at fault for being too stupid to notice someone filming their practice

Why can't we find sportswriters as sharp as this guy??

While he's right, don't give him too much credit. I get a sincere "NFL is covering up for the Pats because Kraft is a major player" conspiracy vibe from that article. He talks about the league's "whisper campaign" to discredit Walsh, and how even if he has the tapes the league will try to deny it.

Everyone seems to trust Walsh more than the NFL, which is interesting.

Everyone is trusting a guy who has lied through his teeth at every opportunity?

Astounding!!!

Bernie Miklasz and John Thomase look like two guys who were separated at birth....

On a side note, is it a requirement for smarmy sports writers to look like a grown up version of the puggy picked on kid from grade school? This guy looks like a 2nd cousin to our own Tomase!!

This is the problem with sports. The benefit that fans get from it is a psychological one. Sure, we get entertainment, but there's all the peripheral things that go with it:

- Pride in a winning team
- Bragging rights
- A psychological tie to feats you could never perform yourself

Even if the league comes out and says, point blank, the Patriots did nothing wrong, we're giving back the money and picks, we apologize, we've forever lost the psychological benefit because the NATION thinks we're cheaters. All it takes is the media making a wild accusation without proof or another "source" like Walsh and all of the sudden our pride in the Pats is called into question.

Sorry, kind of a broken rant. Just tired of the same old media bias, spreading rumors without fact.
