I think if the shyt hits the fan in the form of pro Golf trainer Matt Walsh, say he produces some evidence....
a) its stolen, and if he stole property there could be more counter suits
b) its footage he never filmed
c) its footage he filmed that the pats were not aware of
Either way there is all sorts of legal posturing being made, and the anal retentive control freaks the Patriots are would not allow Bellichick to hit the Media with all this denial stuff, and go after Walsh offensively like Pioli did, unless they had every imaginable avenue covered, including, but not limited to "material evidence" and congressional inquiries.
Looks like a bait and switch if you ask me.
Lets see what Walsh does, and then it should get interesting.
Bottom line I think if Bill Belichick is pulled before a congressional hearing, he blows the whistle on everyone....everyone.

Bellichick was just making sure we were on fair playing ground, they are gonna steal our signals, we are gonna steal theirs. I honestly dont think the taping was for anything more than to make the opponant think that they are trying to decode, amke them use dummy signal callers, and one live one, and if they faced the Pats twice, amke sure the whole signal calling system was completely reworked from the 1st meeting.
Thats a lot of additional work that can detract from business at hand.
