I only heard bits and pieces, something about blogs etc...

I listened to that nonsense - he sounded like an idiot. Unprofessional, with an attitude like your stereotypical sports radio caller - shouting louder on the phone makes your point more credible.

If this is the legal counsel that these guys retained, they are definitely grasping at straws.

Re: Did anybody hear the attorney that is sueing the Pats on EEI???

One can only hope "lawyers" like that get sanctioned for bringing such ridiculous nonsense to court. It is truly an embarrassment to the profession.

Re: Did anybody hear the attorney that is sueing the Pats on EEI???

He also claimed that he was a "Football Expert". The guy was a total clown. At one point he started shouting "CHEATERS". If he was a regular caller he would have been blown up, he made that little sense. Also some of his details were wrong. He stated that the article from last night had a quote from Pioli stating that Walsh recorded conversations between SP and BB, when they were actually betweeen SP and Walsh. He claimed that much of his knowledge came from the "blogesphere". At one point he admitted that it would be very damaging to his case if Walsh didn't have the tapes and a few minutes later stated that he didn't need the tapes because BB has already admitted to the practice of videotaping. It was as if he was making it up as he went along.

LMAO! I'd been wondering what became of that "National Sports Advisors" guy...

A lawyer making it up as goes along?? Preposterous!! Maybe he is the same guy who represented the woman who filed a tro against Moss. That guy seemed super competent too.

God, I can't wait to hear this interview once it gets put up on the EEI Vault!

Didn't hear him this AM because I have a rule about only turning WEEI AFTER 10AM. But Lobel showed a clip of him on some TV show where he was spewing the same drivel. He looks like some half wacked fan who probably sports body paint on Sundays. Then he had Harry Mannion on and Harry was unequivocal that this jackass' lawsuit will never see the light of day once the teams lawyers respond and he may well be sanctioned for bringing what Harry characterized as the most frivolous suit he's ever seen (and Harry said he has read the entire filing) to a federal court because it's based entirely on unsubstantiated rumor.

Everyone seeks their 15 minutes of fame..

The guy sounded like he could be a regular on the "Dukes of Hazzard"

I wish that World Class Safety would get an interview.

Re: Did anybody hear the attorney that is sueing the Pats on EEI???

He is just another ambulance chaser seeking his chance for his big score. As they say everyone has their 15 minutes of fame. This lawyer didn't sound very professional and is grasping at straws.

He gets his "info" from the "blogesphere". Enough said.

Go to this clown's website and send the idiot an e-mail. Let him know what a fool he is for filing a lawsuit based on "media reports."

I can't wait until he's sanctioned.

Lobel played a clip of him last night.

He sounded more like a WWE Roid Wrestler than a Lawyer.

His initials are ED, as in Erectile Dysfunction.
