If I could swap the Patriots accomplishments/actions/reputation with the accomplishments/actions/reputations of any other team in the league, I wouldn't do it even with spygate. With the good comes the bad.

I love my wife. She gave me three great kids, is a fantastic mother, she's cute, she works out, is trustworty and is a good person. However she isn't a good cook and there are no excuses for it.

Uh, lets see, the Jets haven't even played in any superbowls since 1969, much less this decade. So if they didn't play in any, they didn't win any.

So either they are honest and don't cheat to win superbowls, which they have not, or they aren't any good at cheating to get to play in a superbowl.

Personally, I wouldn't root for a team that is so inherently bad that they can't even cheat well.......

What many don't realize is that Bill Belichik is a very classy man. But sadly, "classy" has become synonimous with a good public image as seen on television. It used to be classy is how a person lived their lives privately because that is the true test of a man. Anyone can "look" good publicly because they look nice on TV. But the real test is when they leave the sights of the camera's.

From what I've read about Belichik, in private he is a very caring man. He gives his time and financial resources to help many, yet he doesn't look for that to be recognized. The true test of a man's character is how many of those closest to him love and care about him. I know those closest to Bill Belichik care about him a great deal and that's all I need to know.

Those of us who judge him based upon spygate just don't have the moral scruples and courage to see him as he truly is.

In all honesty, "spygate" is crap and doesn't mean squat in the grand scheme of things. It's something everyone did/does and it isn't and never was a big deal.
