Lets not let bygones be bygones.

Haven't visited the herald's site since Spygate 2 broke, and have no intention to start anytime soon.

The what? Who? I have never heard of these things.

I can get less negatively biased articles about the pats here in IL...i'm not bout to go back there.

Comcast is the REAL culprit.

Follow the money.

Unfortunately comcast just took over my former cable company, and we're not allowed to have satellites with our temp leases on campus...so im stuck...

I agree and have just written a few senators mentioing Spector, and how the Ethics panel should be looking into it...as well as comparing what Spector did a few days before the SB to one of his opponents in an election throwing charges a day or two before. Basically TOTALLY unfair..but as much that, Comcast and the fuel behind what he is doing...
Tomase?? His comment section is closed now..and if it ever opens up should be filled with words about him..

I stopped reading Tomase long before he pulled the rug out from under the Pats the day before the Super Bowl. Seriously, when was the last time he had anything on his blog of interest that Reiss hadn't already broke? The only thing worth looking at was Breer's Tale of the Tape, now that he's gone all Tomase can do is resort to these new tactics. The Herald is dead to me.

It is a foul, filthy rag.

What is sad is there are some talented reporters there, but the dreck far outweighs the good.

I never liked him...and yet there were SOME on this board who claimed he was as good as Reiss...Where are they now?? I always thought he was a clown or worse..if you listened to the "spygate" BB presser, it was Tomase that was asking obvious dumb questions.. I hated him then...thought he was more like Borges...the fact that he did what he did confirmed what a scumbag he was..

REALLY important you not visit their website. Their ad rates and therefore revenues are based on traffic on their site. Stay away and advise friends and family to do the same. And never buy the actual rag.

happy to say I have not once been to the Herald's site once since that prick did his thing. I removed thier bookmark and I don't miss their site one bit.

Heads Up:
I think we really need to petition Ian to remove the links from the homepage. I imagine he gets some kind of revenue from them or else he would have done so already. I for one would be more than happy to pay a reasonable subscription fee to this site, and if we all did, it could probably offset Ian's revenue lost by removing the home page links.

If the herald links are not payed for, they need to come down.

Seconded. This is one of the few sites on the internet, imo, where the dialogue is engaging enough that I would be willing to pay for it.

Mmmm sir, Mr. Unamed Source, come here....tell me your secrets.

So clicking on the links supports the Herald? Damn.. I've been clicking on the links only to see if the comment section is opened back up. My plan was to continue sending a barrage of name- calling hate mail.
