Re: Ticket price increase

Holy crap, those are BIG increases! My per-game tix are going from $89 to $117?!

Re: Ticket price increase

The Pats need to start including parking for season ticket holders if that is the case. Otherwise its ridiculous.

Re: Ticket price increase

Looking at this makes me think the league will not have a salary cap in two years.

Re: Ticket price increase

the lower level sideline tickets were $125 last year, right? now they are 169??? that increase is HUGE. wow.

Re: Ticket price increase

Those are hefty increases but I'm sure they decided to make those increases long before the past season. And they can justify it by saying it's no different than $10 increases for the past 4 years (on a one-year basis).

Re: Ticket price increase

You can't buy season SROs can you? Anyone know what the quantity of SROs is that they sell per game?

Re: Ticket price increase

Wow thats bull****.

Who the hell is going to be able to afford this anymore? Your talking about a minimum $400 sunday for about 3 people with parking and food.

Re: Ticket price increase

what a bunch of crap! do they ever lower tickets when we dont make the playoffs or not win the superbowl? no..

i beleive we are up there as the highest ticket prices in the NFL and i beleive the highest parking costs as well..

Re: Ticket price increase

It's getting to the point where it's not even worth going to the games.

The price to take a family of 4 to see a game is $676 at $169 per ticket. After you pay for parking + food you just dropped $800 for three hours of football. For a couple hundred bucks more you could buy a "46" inch high def tv that you could watch the Patriots on for the next decade.

Is it really worth it at this point?

Re: Ticket price increase

It's crazy. The $250 or so I spend a year on my Sunday Ticket isn't exactly cheap but that's less than $20 a week - although I get the feeling that will be going up soon too.

Re: Ticket price increase

This may do it for me. $169 a ticket? That means playoff games will be at least $200.

I wouldn't be surprised if parking went to $45 or $50 next year.

When I got my tickets in 1992 they were $27. How times have changed.

Re: Ticket price increase

High def looking better all the time. :D

Re: Ticket price increase

Full price for the preseason games continues to gall me. NO WAY anyone will be willing to take the preseason tix off my hands for $117 each. And parking at $40 ... nuts ...

$40?

Um you didnt know thats going up?

They have said it all along that new parking will go up.

Re: Ticket price increase

Just remember this when people complain about crowd noise (or lack thereof). The problem goes right to the top.

Egh the crowd noise thing is due to a lot of open stadium stuff but thats correct for the most part.

They are pricing most of their true fans right out of the game.

Re: Ticket price increase

I'm still stuck in Upper Corner. I'll gladly take over anyone's Lower Level Sideline tix.

Well said. The noise is generated from the lower bowl and with people like me who sit on the 10 yard ine being priced out, the noise level is going to go down.

It's going to be like a church next year when the likes of the Cardinals and Chiefs come to Gillette.
