And than I started reading posts while waiting for my account to be approved and I just can NOT do it to you folks.

I have been on many teams MB's and I must say you folks are a class act, very little whinning about the loss, very little excususe, most give the Jints props. You have a collection of very knowledgable posters on this board and I look forward to being able to discuss FOOTBALL with you over the years.

I know this loss hurts and with it being close it is hard to rationally think about the season but the Pats accomplished what has only been done twice in NFL history and that is go undefeated in the regular season, I know that is no concelation but in the coming months I think you will see that accomplishment for what it is and it really is amazing

The modern NFL is all about parity and for the Pats to do what they have done over the past 7 years is amazing. ALL the cap rules etc are designed to avoid dynasties and to do what this organization has done is a dream 31 other teams would like to duplicate.

The beuty of sports is we can all say "see you next year"

P.S. don't let Charger fans get under your skin they are still mad they got stuck with Rivers and are mad at the world, heck if Norv was my coach I would be mad too.

If you were/are a fan of the Giants you'd be entitled to your time as they done us. What I dont get is fans from other teams having a laugh. It doesn't wind me up it's just strange. Arsenal (a soccer team here) went a whole season unbeaten and I dont seem to recall the masses willing them to lose week in week out. It feels like every team in the league had won the SB going off fan reaction to the Patriots loss.

New England Patriots are the elite team in this league and once this deserved win for the Giants dies down it will soon be back to buisness and the rest of the league will be back saying how scarily good this team is.

I can go with that. Baffled me some things from fans and the media but we aint crying over it. Really You can't demand respect but you can earn it and although we did lose the thing that mattered most I really think we done alot of good things that warranted a little more respect, regardless of what happened.

Good luck to you guys too. I secretly look out to see how Osi is doing, don't tell anyone on here though. Although he walks and talks American his life begun here and it's cool he's become as good and as succesfull as he has. Apparantly us Brits are "his people" so we've got to show some love You guys will certainly go in to next season sky high and so you should. Obviously hoping Strahan doesn't decide to bow out just yet. Congrats on the win, fully deserved.

I think we'll continue to build as every team does. My comment before about the pats being the elite team could be considered too ****y or whatever but it's something I still believe and totaly confident we'll be back amongst it next season. A few things will need addressing and it'll be interesting to see what happens with those.
