so it used to be if I where given 3 wishes I'd do things like spend an hour with my father who died before I was old enough to know him or make myself invisible so I could hang out in the womens locker room or walk through walls so I could help myself to some dough from the local bank vaults....

BUT NO, NOT ANYMORE. now the only thing I can think of is I'd wish to make BB tell me the damn truth about what the flying f*ck happened in that game. all of it, every last bit. who was really injured in what way, what players really blew coverages, why the hell do you not kick the FG.

this game has affected me in ways I could not have imagined two weeks ago

come to think of it maybe I just stick with my original set of ideas and turn myself invisible and walk through the walls and hang out in his office at gillette and find out that way.

you'll never find out man.....

until BB write his final book 20 years from now.... that will make tons of money

What Bill was thinking this game I don't know exactly. Except the one that works best for me is the analogy to last years San Diego game.

Belichick dared the Chargers that game to blitz all day and he was right.

they got tired. He was working his butt off with the defense to keep the game close ... IMO ... waiting ofr the Giants to tire ... but they did not tire.

the rest is history and I don't think Belichick will ever employ that strategy again.

Oh Man!! You are my new hero.. You are saying what I've been thinking all week. What I wouldn't give to know.... "what the heck??"

My husband won't even talk to me about it. He tells me to let it go. I believe that I have, but as a fan, there's always unfinished business.....

What about.... "Will Moss resign, will we let Assante go, what about Randall Gay.. What about the draft??" .. It's not over, never for a Pats fan!!

Sorry about your Dad.

But if you think about it, the Giants D did tire. I mean, the Pats marched right down the field on them on the second to last drive. But at the same time, the Pats D tired/failed in a big-time way. And then getting the ball back deep in your own territory with 30 seconds left... I think gameplans and fatigue go out the window at that point.
