They could not start before that?? OR are there implications different if that is done?? Just curious.....And players can be re-signed / extended anytime? UFAs till when (and them there is a period when they can not be..March...)?? RFAs?? Great work as usual....

Any predictions/recommendations, Miguel?

I think pierre woods may be gone because of that fumble recovery he miraculously lost, I know Reche Caldwell got canned for dropping a pass in the afc champ game last year and that was not nearly as bad as the muffed fumble recovery.

I wanted to check when FA started and ended this is the oly upcoming evenet I could find.

February 10 Pro Bowl February 20 NFL Scouting Combine March 30 NFL Annual Meeting April 26 NFL Draft

Does anyone have the FA dates?

I thought his deal was up.

Thanks for the info. It's about what I thought but couldn't find it.

No way Pierre Woods gets cut from the team!!!

Of course not. Just allow the newbie a little rope, I mean slack.

Pierre Woods is one our best special teamers, and costs almost nothing ($445K) as an ERFA. Is he an OK backup OLB? I don't know. I certainly won't count on it. Ditto for Eric Alexander as an ILB/Ster. Certainly they are both great values at #7 LB and #8 LB.

I sure hope that's sarcasm.

Because next there'll be calls to cut whoever let Eli free on the Tyree catch...

Betcha Willie Andrews is cut..

Cut the entire team and start over from scratch. They're all made out of glass anyway.

That was as much Belichick's fault for not challenging that play.

Just to refresh your memory, Caldwell was one of the last players cut from the team. And he was cut because of his lack of special teams play. Not to mention that the Pats had Troy Brown AND Chad Jackson on the PUP list.

So, to say that Woods is going to be cut because of that play is just stupid.

My understanding is that he didn't challenge the play because Carey was standing right there at the time. . . . and you'd need indisputable evidence that he had control of the ball (I'm not arguing he didn't, merely that it might not have been indisputable).
