“I haven't even thought about the future,” he said repeatedly last night as wave after wave of reporters asked him if last night was his final game.

But at one point, he did say, perhaps portending that the end is not imminent, “I'm having too much fun.”

The loss, he said, “won't affect my decision.”

Even last night, he could appreciate what had transpired for him and his teammates over the past several months.

Not sure, BP, I think the "was" referred to this year not his career. No clue if he's coming back though.

I took "I am having too much fun" to mean he is leaning towards coming back.
