I flew up from North Carolina yesterday, to New Hampshire to watch with my family.

I'm sitting here in my mom's house...everyone asleep. What is their problem? Aren't they freaking out about the game tomorrow?

Crap I'm so anxious I could go out and run around the block....hmmm...not a bad idea.

Go Pats!!! I'm ignoring all the media crap about any possible bad situations. It's bad mojo, I'm focusing on the game.

Key to game: if Brady is protected, and isn't sleepwalking like he was against SD, and our receivers don't drop a lot of balls, we win.

Nothing else matters. If those two factors are in play, then the Giants will not keep up with our scoring, and we win it. So, eyes on Brady. My guess: TB is one of the most competitive self-critical athletes I've seen. He will not have an off day tomorrow. Even if Moss is covered, Faulk and Welker will carry the day, with Maroney to mop up the clock once we are ahead.

Prediction: 38-17.

GO PATS!!!

I'm guessing Eli and half the Giants?

8 am in germany now; but i havent been able to sleep since 430.

LOL

I wonder if they take ambien or anything really early the night before games like this....I would probably have to.

I just found the Hitchhiker's guide to the galazy (volumes 1-whatever) on my old childhood bookshelf: I never read it. Perhaps this will put me to sleep....

No sleep coming here. On Pacific time, sure, but I don't plan on going to bed anytime soon. Too nervous.

I'm in NH with my family and I can't sleep. I am starting to get tired though, so I might just lay down and listen to some U2.

Can't sleep either. Tomorrow is going to be impossible to get through. What time is kickoff, exactly? 6:20?

i'm here with you, man !!

I don't see myself getting to sleep any time soon. I'm starting to question whether I will sleep at all!!!

GO PATS:rocker:

Hell, yeah. People are fading around me left and right. I'm sitting up watching the NFLN junk (presently talking about Maroney "emerging from the doghouse"). Drinking beer, getting faded but not fading.

I can't sleep at all.

I'm no bandwagon fan, I've always liked the Pats but this is the first year I have followed a team so closely.

Were the rest of you this nervous for previous superbowls? I keep saying week 17 didn't matter and the Pats used a simple defense and they just wanted the records so they didn't play as smart as they could have but I can't shake the fact the game was so close.

I know in my heart the Pats are the better team but upsets happen, luck could be with the Giants, Tom Brady might not sleep all night, he might sprain his ankle going down the stairs.

So much could happen, please somebody comfort me. I'm like a worrying old woman.

here's a hug big guy.

2:45 here in the Tampa FL area and as much as I want to, I can't sleep. On one hand I should be more confident than in any other SB, but I don't ever remember being unable to sleep like this before. Maybe it's the 19-0 thing, maybe it's Sygate, maybe it's both.

I was never this nervous, and I've watched every Patriots superbowl. There is something different about this season....

It has to be 19-0. Spygate is in the past, I believe the Pats were the only team to get caught doing it. Not the only team doing it.

I agree though, I keep seeing that statistically the Giants are the worst team to ever make it to the SB but still.......they are here!!!!

Could they be the Dragon Slayers? Take down the almighty juggernaut that has dominated all year.

I don't think they are that team but still......... I'm dying here, the game needs to be over and I need the final score.

meh... I guess I can sleep all day Monday. Already took the day off! :D

GO PATS

I have never been so relaxed before a big game. I have no doubts.

How can I doubt this team, they don't allow it.

You sir calm my racing heart.

I want to make it known however that I don't doubt our beloved team.

I am worried however about the luck factor.

I've never been so anxious - or maybe I should say eager - for a professional football game in all my life.

Go Patriots.
