18-0 thus far. Hopefully 19-0 (im confident). You would think the whole league, fans and media would be proud and honored to see history made. But wrong..we have to deal with spygate..an HGH suspension..cheapshot..media thinking Brady is faking an injury. We are a very hated team believe it or not. I wish there would've been a time for us(everyone) to enjoy what the New England Patriots have accomplished without trying to put dirt on them. Everywhere i go, i see Patriots..GREAT..but 85% of the time, when undefeated is mentioned, so is Spygate or something else.

Can people realize..Goodell said himself he doesnt see how it helped us. No proof it did anything. Can people realize..we didnt cheat this season if it is called cheating. The camera was taken at half before any material could be viewed and after that..there was no camera to speak of. Then they bring up the RAMS and their "we saw them at our final walkthrough" yet..no1 says anything about Pepper Johnson when he saw a Rams camera during their practice.

The HGH..okay its over with. Believe Rodney's story or not but no mention of Marcus Stroud? Merriman talk died..so did Luis Castillo and their steroid/HGH involvement.

Cheapshot..this is one i really hate seeing. We get considered a cheap team because a guy who took pride in calling himself and his team one of the dirtiest teams, decides to call out Seymour. Rodney is Rodney..we know that..hes physical 24/7. Wilfork? Gets tripped into Losman..DIRTY. Obviously doesnt try to poke Jacob's eye but just points a finger in his facemask and "DIRTY". Wilfork gets a facemask as he was being held and reached out.."DIRTY"

Like Moss said when he got here "I have a microscope on me ..and my microscope is very large"

Basically..now thats true about the whole team. Every little thing gets made into a huge mess.

I guess being the best means your the most hated as well. In my opinion..teams/fans/media should be proud to witness history through their own eyes and be happy for us and not try to badmouth and make it as if were terrible guys

i treat the situation fairly. If its clear we did something wrong..i say it and admit the mistake, such as Rodney and the HGH situation. I cant even watch Sports Center anymore because im sick of hearing the same thing over and over

Bottom line is they have been to four Super Bowls in seven years and are undefeated this year; people cannot accept this and are looking under every rock to find out HOW it's possible to be successful for that long.

I will mute the TV and listen to the silky smooth voice of Gil Santos as he calls the game. If they win, I will unmute the TV for the trophy presentation, and then shut it off, as I listen to Gresch, Zolak, and Tanquay on BCN followed by the press conferences. Its gonna be pretty easy to do. ESPN is not in the plans for tomorrow, and it doesnt have to be.

I suspect this will probably go away. Specter made his move and will probably get some support money from his second largest contributor, COMCAST (has had serious problems negotiating with the NFL Network).

Specter gets to retire with his contributions, and he was probably taking a final shot at the NFL for COMCAST to boost his treasure chest.

Bad politics bad timing, small potatos. It won't gain any momentum. I seriously doubt there is anything there.

In 10 years most people will forget half this stuff ever happened. And people know that the Patriots did NOT cheat. They say this crap to get under your skin. They sat there a listened to every word Goodell said yesterday and will still call the team cheaters because they know it drives you insane. It'll always be tacked onto this season but in a few years people won't be so ignorant of it. And there are plenty rooting for history. It's just the haters are always louder and make it seem we are on our own.

This is the biggest form of respect you can receive.

Remember, this Season Pats have been under more scrutiny then any team in history. If there was any team less likely of "gamesmanship" at any time, it is this years Patriots.

And under the most adverse of situations, they may actually go 19-0. Nothing is definate, the game still needs to be played.

But understand this. Were it not for the Pats success, you would have never heard of any of this.

SO right now any teams fans that have been humiliated by teh Pats (and there are about 31 of them) are looking for some reason to say it's not there reams fault.

Specter's motives are beyond transparent, especially given the timing.

To be honest, ESPN has been out of my plans for quite some time.

It is a sports tabloid. It was that before this season as well.

I have actually managed to stay away from it since Jackson said his crap about the Patriots hating there coach.

I can't believe that I'm about to say this, but, I agree with you, OMG!!
I wouldn't be happy for the Colts or Jets if they were on the verge of making history that's for sure. I would respect it, but I sure as hell wouldn't be happy about it.
