Super Bowl May Endanger Your Heart

Sounds logical to me. There have been many times coming down the stretch this year where I was practically foaming from the mouth, especially during the playoffs. Seems worse this year than years past for some reason.

If you never see another post from me after Sunday you'll all know what happened.

I couldn't even watch our last Superbowl win without drinking a load of wine and curling up in the fetal position. I threw up after the game was over.

It was worth it.

Cramden-Don't rush off. But if you have to go, let it be be with a Pat victory and a smile on your face!

Amen to that!! I'm not ready but if it were to happen I'd rather it be after 19-0!!!:D

I am trying to excercise a little more this year. I am concerned that I am heading down the wrong path. I did feel a bit queasy during that San Diego game. The stress on my job does not help either, although I am throttling back quite a bit.

LOL!! That's a riot. Quite the trooper you are.

LOL, I'm to the point where I just pace back and forth in front of the TV praying to God to let the Pats win. I also yell Gods' sons name quite a bit.

It's worse this year because of the whole undefeated thing.

Gee...ya think???

"but they note that lack of sleep, overeating, wolfing down junk food, boozing and smoking might have played a role too."

SO, get your rest, eat that salad, drink one glass of wine and do not smoke.

Fat chance....

* If you drink alcohol, limit yourself to one drink for a woman, and two for a man.

*Try "not to get too angry with the refs."

Good luck on following that advice! It's like telling Plax to keep his mouth shut. Or BB to take the rest of the week off!

This is more like it

"Bring a pitcher of beer every seven minutes until somebody passes out and then bring one every 10 minutes"

Not having the ability to sit down and just watch the game has already become quite painful for me.

Shakes head...

So, I guess I'm in for 1 heck of a heart attack...
