We've come to assume that Wes Welker is a pretty vanilla guy, not saying much during interviews, but with the bright lights of Super Bowl week tuned on him, he's dropping some pretty good lines.

Yesterday, after at least the fifth time he'd been asked about how Tom Brady looked at practice, Welker quipped, "He looks the same. Same dimples."

But today, Welker had the line of the day. Asked what's the difference between his former home, Miami, and his current home in New England, the receiver said:

"Weather. Women. Wins."

Love it.

Link.

:D Love this guy.

Is there no women up here? Or is he saying he gets more chicks now? I hope it's the latter.

I doubt it, Miami has the best women in probably the whole country.

False , LA by a lot. Cali has by far the hottest women in the country. Miami is pretty overrated in many aspects. A lot of hot women , also a lot of not so hot women who still dress like they are hot.

Confidence is sexy.

Honestly, I think Texas has a lot of really hot girls from what I've seen. But they have a lot of obese ones too.

Some people like airheads with fake boobs.

Give me the smart sexy worldwide selection attracted to the Athens of America.

Athens, Georgia?

Athens, Georgia?

No. That is the Athens of Georgia, though.

I like viewing the selection on a good weekend in Harvard Square. I don't live in south beach, but I live in Florida.

Fake boobs, ugly tatoos and no brains is not sexy to me.

texas has a lot of hot women if you like them with horns hair four legs and weighing around a thousand pounds .some call them cows

I concur. Except for Hawaii, I've traveled this country pretty extensively. Austin, in my experience, has the highest conentration of beautiful women anywhere. Anyone who says Cali isn't paying attention to the entire population, they are focusing on a group... or haven't done much traveling. Miami is up there, but a lot of those "hot" women are pretty "gangsta". A fair amount of them have penises too.

So Wes Welker insults half the population of New England and it's the quote of the day? Good job buddy. I'll make sure my female friends don't go out and buy a Welker jersey.

BTW, the hottest women in the world are in Croatia...the hottest women in the States are in San Diego. Boston/New England is #2 but you have to know where to look (i.e.- not Foxboro).

As a native New Englander female, ouch, Wes.... ouch.

He didn't say the women in Miami are better. He said they're different. ;)
