If the Patriots had six losses and were going up against the undefeated Giants, I wouldn't be saying how awesome it was; ****y and stupid would be more like it.

When the Giants first beat the Packers, I was happy for them to be going to the Super Bowl. The closer we get to game time, the more they are annoying me, annoying like a pimple the size of a basketball that pops up the day before the prom.

Annoying, ****y and stupid is no way to act leading up to game time; keep it up though, I'm sure the Patriot players and coaches have noticed all of this buffoonery........

Exactly Double G. If the shoe was on the other foot, I would maybe even be embarrassed. Maybe if they have done something I would respect them. That reminds more of many years ago when the University of Miami football team showed up in Military fatigues before a game with Penn State, then proceeded to lose the game. A team that his highly strung like the Pats, who look for a reason to be disrespect, the Giants are basically giving them the kerosene and lighter to start a fire on Sunday.

I'm administrator of a Patriots mailing list that has been running for 15 years. I started following the Patriots when I was 10 in 1985.

Just because I don't agree with every stupid opinion on this board doesn't mean I'm not a fan and you're pretty ignorant for suggesting such.

Just look at how people responded to the talk about how the Patriots all dance to 'Another one bites the dust'. Unanimously it was positively viewed on this board. Which is fine but don't get all uptight when another team does something similar.

Every team plans a parade before the Super Bowl. BB just masterfully made it sound worse than it was. I'd say this whole "Death to the Patriots dynasty" is more insulting and probably makes for a better pre-game speech.

I don't see what's so offensive about it. It's not like they were carrying nooses. It all boils down to gamesmanship. And to put it simply, the Giants got no game. They're resorting to mickey mouse tactics because there's just not much substance. The Pats don't play it because they don't need to. Never had to and never will. Personally the way the Pats are carrying themselves, I can't see why the haters still hate. If they're still hating, then that just proves what fools they all are.

ETA: The irony is that their antics could backfire. People are joking that they looked like they're going to their own funeral. Not too smart.

None of this stuff really matters...at least that's what the Giants must think.

It's interesting that the team that is the big underdog and that hasn't been here before is making all the big statements and gestures.

The better course is to let your play do the talking and talk after the game. I'm glad the Giants, like many before them, don't understand that.
