The whole Hoodie thing to me is BB's defiance of an idiotic NFL rule, just like injury reports. The NFL mandates that coaches wear official Adidas NFL clothing on the sidelines.. he complies in his own way.

Interesting story on the BB hoodie, my fave, bought mine about 4 years ago.. one time I was in the pro shop and there was an adidas rep there I noted there were no BB hoodies, asked why. he told me the NFL wanted Adidas to discontinue this and they wanted some type of change..apparently there was subsequent consumer demand and possible outrage, the rest is history.

I know the Pats had a deal with Adidas at one point, but didn't the league mandate all teams are to toe the NFL Reebok line? Could have sworn all the new gear is Reebok.

Yeah, it's Reebok now. I think it's been Reebok since the 2002 season (give or take a couple years).

I miss the old days, when a replica jersey would not cost $75. You used to be able to get them for $40 and sometimes $30, because everyone would undercut each other.
